Ordered through the app and had my cookies delivered. They were delivered exactly on time as the app estimated, the cookies were still warm! My favorite is definitely the OG chocolate chip and the S’mores cookie came at a close second. The fudge brownie cookie was very moist & rich. I wasn’t a huge fan of the frosting on the cookie dough cookie but other than that, the cookies were great and still fresh for them being delivered 45 min after I ordered them through the app!
Just a bunch of kids working. I ordered a large 4 pack and half was wrong. The girl sat the box down and walked away, thankfully I checked it. As I stood there trying to get someone’s attention, employees would look at me and keep on doing whatever, and then finally someone acknowledged me. Despite telling them what I ordered she told me I needed to her my receipt. Thankfully, I had one messaged to my phone.
Crumbl always has the best cookies. I love that they change it up every week and seasonally. I only have two complaints: 1. They may sell out of a flavor before it is updated at the ordering kiosk.
2. The store could use a little more room for customers who are waiting and could stand to have some maintenance/upkeep in said waiting area.
