The food was delicious as usual, but listening to the manager berate employees so loudly that it could be heard in the dining area was NOT a pleasant experience. She should have more respect for herself and her employees and take them aside (in the back) and discuss any problems in private. Customers want to enjoy their meal in peace.

Just got a vanilla custard to go at the drive thru and it was just as consistent as other Culver's I've been to. The custard was good, but a little on the soft side, but still tasted good nonetheless. Service was friendly and fairly fast

I ordered from drive-through my usual, requesting Hot Caramel, not salted!
When I tasted it, all I could taste was salt! Gross! I dont want salt on my ice cream!!!
Back through drive-thru and said it has salted caramel. They said they got it from hot caramel container.
They didn't offer to make a new one or anything!!!
I struggled to eat...
