This has to be the sorriest fast food joint ever. You have to pay for a sauce even when you order food. Nobody wants to go to eat and think about an additional payment for a condiment. Maybe factor in the price or condiments into the price of the food. Dairy Queen is good but i stopped going because of this.

Unfortunately you can tell which crew is better by what time you come in. Had a horrible experience with night crew and left with the manager laughing at me shouting derogatory comments with my children in the car all because his “trainee” kept interrupting my order through the intercom to tell me things we wanted were out but wouldn’t answer when I asked what did they have then instead of. The kids who work this shift need a class in customer service, mannerisms and communication. Very disappointed at the lack of respect shown by someone who was supposed to act like a shift manager and represent the store and listen to my concerns regarding my order in a professional manner.

Went there today on my lunch break. 4 cars in line ahead of me. Withing 10 minutes probably less my food was in my hand. Burger was hot, fresh and delicious. Actually looked like they do in the pictures which seems to never happen anymore anywhere. Fries were hit and crispy. 10/10. No complaints. May just be best fast food in town as far as quality of food and service goes!

I went on the 12th and ordered hot dog combo my issue is that the hot dog weiner had been cooked along time it was not fresh nor was it edible everything else was ok

Amazing - ordered a cake, spent $30+ dollars - was to have had chocolate and crunchie in the center. Well - mistakes happen. My daughter went next door and came back with chocolate syrup. Called the store they asked what they should do - well, how about a refund and they said yes. So far 5 star service. Here’s the part that shows how petty this place is. They called me back and said they could only give a half refund. Now that fried me - the money wasn’t there issue - but the $15 dollars they rebuffed on apparently would make or break the place. I told them we would share the issue on Facebook - that’s what people do, right? Yet we aren’t - we are out the time it took to go get chocolate drizzle, and the 2/3rds of the cake that’s left is going back - they said they would need the full cake. Tomorrow they get the cake and can keep the money - we are doing a charge back on the credit card for the full amount. Want ice cream? Avoid this place. They started out stellar. They ended petty and cheap!

DO NOT order the pinapple Sundae The picture of the strawberry Sunday on the menu looks delicious. I ordered the pinapple one and it was a cup of white vanilla icecream with some pineapple chunks on top.
Awful awful experience. Not only was my burger not cooked all the way, while I was paying for my food I watched a cook scratch his rear end and then grab and handful of fries bare handed. When I tried to complain to the manager he was no help and very dismissive. Will not return

Use cash if you're going to eat here. I was charged $50.67 for two meals. My receipt said twenty something dollars and then realized that the amount that I was actually charged was different than what was on my receipt when I checked my account.
