I went through the drive thru, I ordered a flamethrower burger, I asked for no bacon because I know it comes with bacon. The order taker told me it doesn’t have bacon on it, so I figured they may have updated the burger to have no bacon. I was wrong, it did have bacon on it. Rude as hell, and I know if I would’ve told him it did have bacon on it, he would’ve denied it. I come here for lunch almost every week and now I’m considering other options. Do better - someone who worked in fast food for 3 years

Worse location to visit very nasty had hair in my drink my food and in an extra cup of ice that I had got!!! Then when I come back to get my stuff remade they ended up with hair in my food again I kid you not they are disgusting will never spend my money at this location again!!!!!!! Negative 5 stars!!!!!

Despite having necessary ingredients and always previously making them they have decided to not allow banana split blizzards.
With being the only dq left in Clarksville I would never go back there. I don’t see how they have a 99 on food services. I literally seen a cockroach crawling on the floor DISCUSSING!!!! Not only the way they treat there employees. The poor girl that was at the front counter was almost in tears with two men guessing the owners yelling and picking on her. Not only that getting out of their face. Not a proper or professional way to handle anything.
I want to say no matter if I get this delivered or in person they always have things A1 and you can tell they really run their restaurant immaculately. The food quality never disappoints, the little details are always there, and it’s delicious!! I’m so pleasantly surprised to get such great service no matter the shift or day of the week :) thank you!!
