Went in with a taste for a Blizzard. Speacial order kind! They almost nailed it. The young lady that took my order was on her A game! I ordered chocolate ice cream in my Blizzard. The people making then used vanilla with chocolate syrup. She sent it back! Way to go and thank you!

I got the strawberry new york cheescake blizzard was good. They are fast and i like that. Thr only bad thing about my blizzard was that didnt have strawberries. No a single one of them. Soo the next time can you guys put the strawberries? That would be great.

Peanut buster parfait has been my favorite for years but everything I have had from here is good. Drive thru is fast and I have bought ice cream cakes from this location. They have a good variety unlike some others. Plus... they have military discount! Thanks DQ for appreciating those who are willing to risk it all for our country.

Nicest dairy queen I've been to. It was clean, fast service. Served at table when dining in. Good was great. Service was polite, the guy taking my order had a sence of humor. Plenty of room and room for seating. Plenty of room for parking. They have a drive through for ordering and dining out or home. There's an outside patio. They have a lot of food, drinks and ice cream to choose from. You can order cakes or ice cream cakes for occasion's ore anytime. You can buy boxes of certain types of ice cream bars. I'll come back to this DQ. Overall great place.

I secretly hide from my children and wife and go here to eat a chocolate ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. I do this because the fudge doesn’t harden all the way, so it’s still soft and creamy and it doesn’t crumb up when you’re eating it fighting Wilma Rudolph traffic.

Just bought a Oreo a blizzard and had them substitute in the fudge as a royal mint Oreo blizzard but they made it wrong the first time with no fudge and just regular Oreo and then proceeded to make me the mint Oreo blizzard still no fudge and the person that checked me out was the same one that made it like how could you forget in order people that work here just don't care about their job or the customers definitely need some work I'm not pleased and typically I'm probably just gonna throw it away I would've been more satisfied going to Baskin Robbins at least they actually make your order properly

You just can't beat the that delicious DQ very specific, distinct flavor. Brings me back to my childhood. I wish they sold their trademarked ketchup. Went through drive-thru and they were very friendly, no problems. Right now they are running a pick 2 for $4 special. It's a great deal. And their pretzel sticks with zesty queso dip is awesome!!!
I recommend the cheese curds. The food was fresh and the portions were a good size. They didn't take too long to giving us our order either.

I think I’m these crazy times employees that provide excellent customer service should receive so much recognition and praise. We came tonight and Davonia took our order and was so polite and friendly. I said a part of our order wrong and she ensured it was communicated to everyone else the correct order. Thanks for making our night awesome!

There are few DQ's we would visit in western IL where we are from, but the reviews for this one seemed better than average, so we gave it a try. Glad we did. As soon as we walked in, Megan was eager to help us with our order. Megan was accurate and professional. We ordered a 6 pc chicken meal to share and when they brought it to the table, it was served as only a 4 pc. Demetria, the manager was right there to address the oversight. Immediately Demetria had the kitchen serve 3 more pcs in a tray and brought it right out to us. Excellent customer service and attention to problem solving. Thank you both (as well as back of house workers) for a great experience. Also, when not serving guests, the workers kept busy cleaning and organizing things.

I've never had any any issues with this establishment before but I guess it was because I normally go early in the day but last night my husband had a taste for a blizzard. I went through the drive-thru and the person taking my order was laughing in the speaker while taking my order. My first instinct was to forget about my order but I didn't want to be "that" person as I pull around to the window there was one car ahead of me and as I looked there were about 5 employees huddled up having a personal conversation. The car in front of me received their order and pulled off. I approached the window my ice cream was sitting on the counter the cashier had her back to me and everyone was just standing there talking and the sad part is that it looked as if one of them was a manager. It took the cashier a whole minute to acknowledge I was there and then she hands me my ice cream with a spoon in it and I had to ask for a lid. She stuck the lid on with the spoon sticking through the straw hole and I then had to ask for a bag. This whole experience was just horrible!!!!!
