“My First time trying Insomnia Cookies was in Knoxville in October 2025. I went to try Insomnia Cookies for the 2nd time on Friday evening. It was very busy and crowded. I thought it was very clean too from what I could tell. I asked the lady for my Mobile Order, and She said you’ll have to wait. I waited for my order for a second. She seemed very stressed in the moment which was very understandable because if I was working there I would be the same way. The Cookies are so DELICIOUS and phenomenal as always! Insomnia>Crumbl They came out warm, fresh, and individually wrapped which I LOVED. I appreciate the staff for putting the Gluten Free Chocolate chip cookie in a separate box for my sister who is Gluten free. My Favorite one is their Deluxe Peanut Butter Cup ft Reese’s. Also, I tried their Brownie. It was DELICIOUS too. If you’re a first timer wanting to try Insomnia Cookies, Do it! Trust me, You won’t regret it. I would wait a couple of months until the hype goes down. Just my personal opinion: 😉 Highly recommend this amazing Cookie shop.“

“Crumbl is buss no doubt. All their cookies look exactly how they look in the app. I think they need to not let their workers behind the counter if they’re in their PJs and off shift. But it’s okay! I only think about it everytime I come here. But alas, I will keep coming. Im addicted and momma has a sweet tooth that needs to be tended to. Thank you crumbl.“

“Decided to see what all the hype was about today!! My kids loved their Rainbow and Gummy Bear Sno’s. Overall it was pretty good! Unfortunately, I got a Peach Red Bull infusion. I asked twice if there was coconut, due to an allergy, and was told twice no. Only after driving away and taking a sip did I realize it does in fact have coconut. I went inside and asked again and was told there is NO coconut. I was shown the carton of the non dairy product they use and what would you know? Coconut ingredients. Thankfully I was given a new drink but I’m a little disappointed that after verifying multiple times, I was still exposed to the allergen. I would love to see an allergy warning or an ingredients label on the menu!“

“Alora is the Swedish young woman and the blonde manager is absolutely phenomenal she’s so sweet. Definitely cares about her customers. They keep the place very tidy clean. The bathrooms are always very clean! One time one of my cobblers accidentally was given the wrong one. I came up here and they were so kind about it very professional and apologized and gave me the right one. I absolutely love coming here. The young woman I first spoke of is always professional super kind she’s quiet and definitely make sure to take care of the business on the days that she’s working. I definitely recommend them 10 out of 10.“
