Worst customer service ever. Can't get pizza right can't arrive anywhere near time expected. Snotty kid awnsers the phone excuse is always we are short staffed. Tried multiple times given multiple chances. I don't like to bash a company but time and time again I have been disappointed with the service. To the owner do better either pay your employees or hire more. Im taking my business to NY pizza depot.

They now have stuffed crust pizza it is amazing. The cheese is so creamy it melts in your mouth! It is a must try, you won't be disappointed.

My husband had placed an order at 3:30, we went to pick it up since it said it was complete on the website they tell us that they haven’t put the pizza in and it’ll be 10 minutes. After 15 minutes or so we finally get it and go home just to see they barely put sauce on his wings. This isn’t the first time we place a order and have to wait 20 minutes for our food..

Ordered pizza and wings from this store and never got it. Called the store and they told me it was delivered, which was a lie or I wouldn't have been calling. Talked to a refund who offered to remake it and send it back out. I refused because I didn't want it to happen to me again. I told him I wanted a refund instead and still haven't got my refund. Will be contacting customer support.

I ordered from both Papa John’s & this Dominos within 10min of each other, one day. It took Papa John’s 45min to an hour. Literally took 3 hours, to get my order for just a pasta Bowl & Breadsticks from this Dominos plus the website or App is always a hassle to order through. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered a pizza tonight at 803 while I was working, only to look at my “tracker” an hour later figuring it would take 45-1hr and it said “quality check” so ok it’s about to go out, nope! Check about 30 min later and it says the same thing, so I called only to be told it would be at least another 30 minutes before it went out. So long story short, I ordered a pizza at 803 and it wasn’t delivered until 1002 and by this time it’s a cold pizza. So if you don’t mind waiting 2 hours sure order something but don’t expect it to be hot.

Why is it that when the app has a glitch and put my order in 3 times and they send 3 different drivers that the manager has the audacity to pressure me and my husband into buying over half of the food bc its somehow our fault? Please cooperate explain to me?
