Very bad attention and by the way they made two charges on my debit card and the burned pizza and not how we ordered it totally a disaster that store

I have gotten delivery from this Domino's only 3 times, but each time I have had an issue. First time I typed in the instructions to ring the doorbell, the driver not only did not ring the doorbell, I did not receive a notification that my pizza had been delivered, and it sat outside on my porch in the rain for 15 minutes... 2nd time I had 2 2-liters with my order which they forgot and the driver offered to go get them and bring them back, I asked if I could just get a refund for them which they told me yes so just agreed to not bother the driver with making another trip. I called the store and they told me they could not refund separate items on the ticket, so they sent someone out with the drinks, which I appreciated even though we had already eaten. 3rd time was tonight. I ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread, and 2 2-liters. I thought I finally got a everything I ordered when I had drinks and 3 boxes. I open the small box to find instead of cheese bread, I have a chicken sandwich... My items were also cold. I feel like this will probably be the last time I order from Domino's, unfortunately.

I did not get my pizza. I got what i said before the cashier said he would give me a deal for a med meatza. Changed price he said....but it was not what i ordered.

Placed an order at 7:03p order was out for delivery about 7:30p. Called the store to ask where the order was due to the app closing out and saying order completed (7:55p) Employee said driver is still out on deliveries. Waited until 8:25p to call back and an employee said the driver delivered the order which was a lie. It seemed I was a bother due to the attitude I got from one particular employee. Requested my money back as they said it would basically be another hour before it got delivered. I personally will not be ordering from here again.

Made an online pick up order at 5:50, time given was 20-30 minute wait and ended up getting my food 2 hours later. Waited 45 minutes after ordering and called to check up seeing if it was ready and was told it hasn’t even been made yet and would be an additional 30 minutes which ended up being an additional 1.5 hours instead. After finally getting it 2 hours later, my food was already cold. Very dissatisfied with the whole situation.

I love how it says "hate waiting, so do we" but then it took them an hour to get my order ready. I canceled, How u finna live down the street from me and take an hour to make my pizza? Wasted my time and other. Get ur employees and store together for real.
