Two stars because the pizza for my child was fine for what it was but I have never seen a such a lazy order of wings in my life. Looked like someone splashed two drops of hot sauce and boxed them up before delivering. If you’re a wing person, papa John’s truly is the better bang for your buck.

Horrible!! We ordered delivery, it was raining so we tipped really well. We live about 10 minutes away. Took them about 20 minutes to arrive, pizzas and parm bites were cold and cheese looked old. We called the store and the Manager was rude. He said he’d send a new order when he got around to it and hung up on us!!!! Called back and demand a full refund and he said whatever you’ll get your money, still waiting on refund and made a complaint with the corporate office!!

Don’t ever order from this dominos. I don’t care if you order from one in Nashville. The employees in this establishment are incompetent. I ordered curbside, and it took 30 minutes, I had to go inside to get my food. Surprising no one it was wrong, like completely. And yes it was my order, when I went in four employees were trash talking another customer for asking why it was taking so long, she was there longer than I was. Then, the smart mouth Elisha working the counter said he didn’t have to apologize to me for my order being wrong and having to bring in back. He needs to be fired. Please take the time to drive further and go to a different location.

Well.. what can I say?.. we ordered pizza Sunday for dinner and it was amazingly good and fresh from order to delivery and was very much pleased b/c it was HOT and came on time. So Tuesday we decide to reorder same pizza, but w/ some bread for toddler. We tracked the pizza from beginning to end and well.. to disappoint us, it came extremely late and was lukewarm and soggy. The one girl jasmine was supposed to drop off our food tracker said she had left and we don’t stay far just around the corner, so when she doesn’t show 20mins later.. I called to get told the girl was gonna bring it, but she left, so Matthew was coming.. and it’s on the way. All I was concerned about was the pizza Fresh and Hot. The guy said nothing over the phone didn’t answer my question and I hung up. Won’t be back after giving a superb survey days ahead not knowing I’d end up today w/ a not so pleasant experience. Next time I’ll just go elsewhere for fresh pizza and on time delivery.

Another *raw* pan pizza from this location. Globs of raw dough in my mouth when I bit in. Pizza is raw throughout. This has happened to me one other time, and in that instance I contacted the store and a manager told me they had added a credit to my online account for the cost of the order. No such credit was ever added. Done with Clarksville Dominos.
ZERO, WASTE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I travel the country and eat Domino's regularly. I have family here. Clarksville's Murgas owned locations are some of the absolute worst I've seen! Nasty food and horrible, foul mouthed staff!
Since moving into a new development, I have ordered Domino’s numerous times prior to calling them today. After noticing the pizza was delayed, I went back on the app and tried to track the order. It said completed, but I had no pizza after speaking to management. Someone was sent back out, and I was greeted by What has to be the rudest employee at Domino’s he started off by letting me know. It was a new development. It was not yet pinned so he could not find the location but mind you I have used the same Domino’s countless times before no one ever had an issue finding the area. This driver began getting loud with me after seeing there was a male presence, his tone got lower very unprofessional needs a class in customer service . Very disappointed in domino’s I guess vetting workers is a thing of the past.

My husband and I had been traveling on military order from Clarksville, Tennessee, with the final destination being Fort Richardson, Alaska. We still had a ways to go on the road, and I was tired but hungry. It was a little late when we got to the Best Western hotel, and just about every restaurant was closed. I decided I was going to order a pizza. I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Once I got my order, I was surprised to see a burnt mess of a pizza that looked like someone cooked it way too long, but didn't give a damn and put it in the box anyway. I will never understand why giving great customer service is so hard for some people. All you have to do is put a little love and care into what you do, and it will be greatly appreciated. This was such a bummer.

I’ve thought long and hard and have visited several times before giving this review. The staff if friendly and inviting. The food is delicious, fast, and fresh. The dining area, restrooms, and behind the counter (as far as the eye can see) is consistently clean. My son is special needs and loves coming here because he can watch them make the pizza through their kids window.
Vegetarian options: There’s cheese pizza and a veggie pizza. You can also build your own pizza.
Kid-friendliness: There’s a window kids can climb up to and watch the pizza being made.

The only problem I have with the Domino’s on Trenton Road is I’ve done a pick up and all their delivery trucks are parked in the front of the store, why should I as a customer have to park two stores down to pick up my pizza, just a curious question
