Don Pancho Mexican Restaurant

Overpriced food, waited over 30 minutes for food when there was only one other table in the restaurant. Chicken nuggets for my girls were inedible and when I asked to swap it to a cheese quesadilla I was charged for an extra kid meal. When we left all of us had stomach issues as a mild form of food poisoning from where our food sat under the heating lamp and was luke warm. Veggie burrito had cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots instead of traditional veggies. Ate about 6 bites asked for a to go bag and my dog wouldn’t touch it. Overall poor service, overpriced food, and mediocre atmosphere

I was Leary about ordering the fish tacos because I’m pretty picky about my fish taco, they were perfect, and my son ordered the el pastor tacos, they were AMAZING, and the service was very good

Didnt get what I ordered through doordash and neither one of them is refunding my money and my food was cold by the time it got to me.

Hate to leave this review as DP once was the best. Last night went with family and my parents. At 6p and the entire time we were there there was only one other couple dining. Dinner on a Saturday? We think it was the food. Cheese dip too thick? Entrees light on meat and chicken had a rubbery texture. I think the two new competitor were too much for this once town favorite. Service was great as usual.

Excellent service and atmosphere. Nachos Don Pancho were delicious but the stuffed jalapeños in the appetizer were not very good. Still highly recommend the establishment.

Had a really bad experience here today. The waiter was dull but polite which is fine I guess, but then when my sister accidentally spilled her soda and he literally saw it he sat down and started playing on his phone right in front of us! The least he could do after seeing that was offer some extra napkins. So we did our best with the 3 napkins we already had and when we asked for a new drink because that was what we had to put the ice that spilled in it he acted inconvenienced. We also did not get a refill on any of our sodas except for that. So that was the "wonderful" service we received. now for the food... meh? my mother and sister's food was just okay, my other sisters' burgers were bad and mine was a mix of good okay and horrible. I got the taco meal with two steak tacos, a chicken taco, and a chorizo taco. My steak tacos were pretty good, but they weren't hot. My chicken taco was hot but very bland and some of the pieces of chicken were...crispy? it was weird. And my chorizo taco was horrible because it was VERY greasy and I just did not like the taste of it at all. I only gave two stars because the food wasn't completely horrible, but you definitely have to know what to get if you even want that to be any good. Only good thing was that it wasn't busy but I can definitely see why. Not planning on coming here ever again.

Terrible didn't get what I ordered. And when I attempted to explain this to Patricio he argued with me. What I was served cost double what I ordered. Does anyone know if the Welch's still own Don Pancho's ? If so this needs to be brought to David's attention

Great service even with a small staff and the food is always on point.Pepsi tasted like diet even after having it swapped out and the salsa tasted like it was cut with tonic water. Like it tasted carbonated.Small complaints for an overall good dining experience.

It was ok. I had the Don Pancho fajita. Chicken and steak a little dry. This restaurant needs more lighting. Wasn't but 4 families on a Saturday Evening inside. Service was fair for a non busy restaurant. Salsa was placed in a clear plastic cup. I go to Mexican restaurants for the Mexican surroundings. I probably won't return.

Excellent service and food. It didn't seem to be a real busy day, however there was only 1 waiter and he was very attentive to all of his tables. Food was served quickly and exactly what we wanted. All of the Don Pancho's maintain this level of quality and it's why I return to them often.

Everything was stale, dry, and over cooked. The chips we stale. I ordered a combination order. The tamale was over cooked and dry. It had been sitting under the heat for too long. The cheese quesadilla was rubbery and had stale ends. The race was so dry. It was definitely just old and reheated. Really disappointed it every part of my meal.
