Where do I start? It’s absolutely amazing. I seen the post the other night and tonight I went in and got fish which was absolutely wonderful. There’s another place in town that has a really good fish sandwich but this is unique and they offer occasion and it is just as good and I’m very hard to please when it comes to fish I will definitely be coming back for that. I also got their honey gold wings with garlic Parmesan drizzle I didn’t get to eat them yet because as a mom, my job never ends until it’s late so I just took a bite out of a cold wing that was so good perfect texture perfect sauce

UPDATE. We decided to have them for dinner tonight. Food was amazing. Exactly as ordered and delicious as always. Service was quick, she was also friendly and helpful. I will always continue to shop here because they do it right everytime. Even if something is wrong it’s always remedied quickly.

So I am not a big fan of having to do this more than once to a restaurant, but it seems that customer service is not a great priority. So, I arrived at the establishment because I tried to use the app, and the website and couldn't take advantage of the Wednesday special or even get the $5 off for first time ordering through online or app. I learned that I still wouldn't be able to get the $5 off because they were switching systems or something along those lines. I still ordered my food at 1:59pm after calling my partner for his flavors of his wings. I paid and went next door to convenience store for our drinks. I came back to the establishment and noticed my food wasn't ready, so I sat at a table waiting. At 2:44pm my food was ready, this is crazy, I understand that they take online orders, but even those orders take 50 minutes for delivery. When coming in person, for placing an order that's not for dine in, it shouldn't be more than 15-20 minutes, especially when placing my order there was nobody else in front of me. A lady came in after me. I could have went somewhere else and saved time, my ride left me and everything. It's cool hiring family, but it's okay to have more people in the kitchen preparing the food, a person taking the orders for online orders, a person taking in restaurant person orders, and a person checking on order status. When we cut corners, it leads to repeat situations like this where people rather order elsewhere just because of the slowness of an establishment. By this time we could have went and sat down to eat somewhere else. This is crazy. I tried to call the number to talk about this but it went back to the establishment not the owner. The food is good, but who wants to wait so long.

Incredibly delicious wings—this place has quickly become one of my favorites in the area. The prices are great, and the flavors are on point. My go-to order is wings with Kicking Bourbon and Memphis Sweet BBQ—you can't go wrong with either!
The customer service is amazing. By my third visit, they already knew my name! That kind of personal touch really makes a difference.
They're also one of the few places open late, which is a huge help when you're working late and need something good to eat.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food I received for a $60 order. The sauce on the wings was incorrect; I requested half hot lemon pepper and half honey gold but received plain buffalo instead. Additionally, the fries appeared old and either had been sitting out all day or were refried to the point where the insides were brown and mushy, unlike fresh fries with a white potato interior.
I called the restaurant to address the issue and spoke with a young man who claimed the fries were freshly prepared. During our conversation, he placed me on hold or mute without informing me, leaving me uncertain if the call was still connected. I then asked to speak with the manager, whom he identified as his sister. She reiterated that the fries were made fresh and mentioned that the food was shown to my 15-year-old, who reportedly said it looked correct. Again, during our discussion, there were periods of silence without any indication to hold, which led me to question whether the call had been disconnected. Consequently, I decided to politely end the call.
