DD has the worst hashbrowns in history! They are soggy and tastes like they have been fried in 2yr old grease, my bagel was rock hard and I couldn’t even bite it without putting water on it to soften it up! Unfortunately I work in a fast paced environment and didn’t have time to call and complain!! This location should stick to coffee ONLY

Employees aren’t all on the same page and will tell you something different each time you come in. One told me that they’d be receiving more munchkin buckets and to come back in the morning. The girl this morning said they aren’t doing it anymore and it was limited time only. Then asked if we preordered… I didn’t even know that was a thing … so if I preordered then I’d be able to get one? I thought they were out… seemed sketchy. So we go to another Dunkin’ and they said that sounds untrue and that they are still doing it and will have buckets again in the morning and to come back. So frustrating. I know, first world problems, but my kids wanted one and I wasted my time and gas and it’s annoying to be told something different every time.

Dunkin' has good coffee but their food leaves a lot to be desired. Their donuts are small and look like they come from the grocery store.

NORMALLY my experience here has been AMAZING. Today not so much. I specifically asked could they do a UNSWEET (I'm Diabetic) BLACK FROZEN COFFEE WITH OATMILK AND A EXPRESSO SHOT. They said yes so when I pulled around he proceeded to hand me a frozen coffee that was very light so I knew it wasn't what I ordered also I read the ticket. So I said is this a ...and repeated what I ordered. He said no we couldn't make it like that it HAS TO HAVE CREAM SUGAR ETC to turn out right. I said then just make it warm because I'm Diabetic and can't have all this syrup and sugary cream. Well a female came to the window and said IM SO SORRY YES WE CAN MAKE IT THE WAY U ORDERED IT. I said GREAT...but when I got to work and was drinking it, IT was super sweet. I was like wow is thats not unsweet BECAUSE MY SUGAR SKYROCKETED. THEY STILL PUT SUGAR SYRUP OR SOMETHING IN IT AND BLEW MY BLOOD SUGAR SKY HIGH WITH JUST A FEW SIPS. Which is very dangerous for a Diabetic.

Went to get an iced latte and an everything bagel with cream cheese. Iced latte was okay a bit milk heavy but that is the drink could have used more ice. My bagel tasted fine but honestly I barely recognized it as an everything and the amount of cream cheese was only enough to have a ton layer on my bottom half of my bagel which is disappointing as I need a little cream cheese to compliment my bite

No! I will not use the kiosk to place an order, that's why you hire humans! No I will not be back, after 40 years of not going to Dunkin' Dohnuts, I won't go again! Why...$3 for a cup of $1 coffee. Way too pricey, and there's no justification for it! Bye bye Dunkin'!

So good!! Finally an iced coffee drink with tons a flavor, not a huge amount of sugar and made right every time! Employees are friendly in the drive thru and in the store. On Saturday mornings you may have a wait in the drive thru. The best selection tends to sell out early. If you order online late in the day, they may not have the donut you ordered when you arrive. No big deal the employees are happy to let you just pick another donut or get a refund.
Parking: The parking lot is shared with other businesses so at times there may be less spots available. On the weekends the other businesses are closed and the parking lot is empty
