They have gone completely to a kiosk if you go inside to order. The folks that work there are very friendly and respectful, the disadvantage is that the kiosk may not or did not have all the donuts that they have available. You either order something you don't want and catch the employee before they pull your order to correct what you want or get something that you don't want. NORMALLY my experience here has been AMAZING. Today not so much. I specifically asked could they do a UNSWEET (I'm Diabetic) BLACK FROZEN COFFEE WITH OATMILK AND A EXPRESSO SHOT. They said yes so when I pulled around he proceeded to hand me a frozen coffee that was very light so I knew it wasn't what I ordered also I read the ticket. Went to get an iced latte and an everything bagel with cream cheese.
Iced latte was okay a bit milk heavy but that is the drink could have used more ice.
My bagel tasted fine but honestly I barely recognized it as an everything and the amount of cream cheese was only enough to have a ton layer on my bottom half of my bagel which is disappointing as I need a little cream cheese to compliment my bite
