This particular Dunkin does not have a dinning area so I gave the atmosphere 3 stars. The service is great, friendly, and inviting however I always have to pull up and wait for something as simple as two sandwiches a machiotto and a bottled juice. All of there food taste great and the machiotto is the best I've ever had. My only food complaint is that all the donuts come cold. Cold donuts don't taste fresh at all. I've asked if they can heat them and I swiftly get denied every time. This is a donut shop. Of all things the donuts should stand out as the best thing to eat.

Visiting from Kansas to see my family. Went through the drive through, out of avocado. Had me pull up and wait for food/drinks. Recieved a couple drinks, waited over 15 min for food. Then was told to find a parking spot so they could continue drive thru.
If I wanted to park my car and wait this long for food I would have went inside. I use the drive thru for faster service and so I DONT NOT HAVE TO PARK MY CAR. I’m still in your parking lot waiting for the order I paid for.
Also why is your employee talking and laughing to someone in their ear peice??
Just got some of my food. Missing an entire 6 dollar meal deal.
WORST EXPERIENCE. Honestly why I stopped coming to dunkin.

Just went through the drive through on a Saturday morning. Friendly faces, avocado toast was good, but I definitely should have added the bacon, iced butter pecan latte was delicious and he said his stuffed croissant was "comforting".
They can never get my coffee right. I have to always stop and purchase creamer and sugar. People these days just don't care anymore about there jobs anymore.

This location is my favorite. The employees are amazing. I don't even have to tell them my order they know its me when I pull up to the drive thru. I'm not sure of all their names (all are fantastic) but Dawn and Audrey always greet me with a smile. You have gained a lifetime customer
