The girl with the curly brown hair is awesomely nice and her awesome drawing (see photo) definitely made my day. Hot coffee and kindness on this day was deeply appreciated!

I usually come here before work, the employees are always very nice and are usually very quick with getting me my order. I was in a time crunch this morning but still wanted my matcha, I was in and out of there in 4 minutes. Love this place!

Terrible customer service. No one acknowledges you when you go in. I’ve had my mobile order just sitting in the back the last few times and waiting around 10-20 mins for no one to ask if I needed assistance or anything. I’m done coming here.

Quick service. Great prices compared to other coffee shops.
(1 time I went and they were OUT of donuts. Very surprisingly the drive-through employee was not very nice.)
That was a 1 and only time it was negative.

This location is the most slowest and rudest in Clarksville. Customer service is ridiculous. A lot of mean faced workers but I still am kind to them. I go here often and it’s a hit or miss with a respectful worker which is mostly the older ones, but the younger ones are rude and always on the phone. They take so long in the drive thru people drive off.

The lady at the window this morning 5/7/25, needs to find a new day job. “What can I get for you- *my total* - at the window” then when I got to the window she didn’t speak once so I pulled off thinking I had everything CAUSE SHE DIDNT SAY ANYTHING and already handed me my straw. Obviously I noticed pretty fast and turned around. Once I got to the speaker to try to let them know I was back they just didn’t answer then I went to the window which was open and had to sit there for her to get off her phone (saw it in her hand when she walked by the window and still didn’t stop after seeing me) then just hands me my drink and doesn’t say ANYTHING? I said I’m so sorry I don’t know how I managed to do that and she had a stank look on her face and still didn’t make a peep. ALL she had to do was say “Here’s your food, let me grab you coffee real quick.” OR NOT EVEN AND JUST SAID “That’s okay! Have a good day.” when I came back. She looked young but so am I, I’m 18 and I know that’s wrong and I’d fire her immediately if there’s any sort of decent management. You aren’t five years old and you aren’t non verbal please use your words or get back there and make my sandwich instead.

The dirtiest Dunkin’ I’ve ever been in. I mean it’s straight up nasty in there. From floors to walls to counters to the kiosk you use to order. Gross. Gross. Gross.

I live and work nearby. I have given this location several chances to give me a good experience. They have failed with flying colors each time. Mobile-ordering is by far the worst way to order. 4/5 times, my order is never even started, no matter how long it takes me to get there. They are consistently out of the snackin’ bacon which tells me the inventory/truck ordering is most likely a mess, too. Why is there not an option to remove it from ordering if they are out? A manager tried to show me how they keep missing my orders of double items. The items don’t say how many of each there are at the bottom of the receipt, yet I had to point out that the top says the amount of items. 🤦‍♀️ Miscommunication to include more than one person getting my order wrong at once, poor customer service before and after the issues I’ve encountered, no sense of urgency, apathy amongst the entire crew, and I could go on and on. This location needs an overhaul like so many others have said in the reviews. It’s on me for giving them so many chances. Back to Starbucks for me.
