This is the second time I've ordered from this location bc I had a gift card from my job. And this is the second time they forgot half of my mobile order. The first time was about ten months ago. My husband had to go back up there. And the first time I ordered a coolatta.. as the ice began to melt, I saw there was a gnat in the ice and some mystery blue lint or fabric or something. The second time( I went instead of my husband)was yesterday hoping it would be different. They forgot half my order again. But this time it took the staff over ten minutes to even acknowledge me standing there. (They could clearly see me and made eye contact a few times.)(But people who didn't have mobile orders got their order quickly) the young man had his boxers showing most of the time and they didn't even clean off the little stirring spoon. Cup after cup they used the same spoon and left the spoon in the open on the little rack.

This Dunkin location staff members already stereotype and racially profile poc soon as you walk in, staff members completely ignored me when i walked in i was standing there for a couple minutes before they even acknowledged me and they weren’t even that busy to ignore me screens had only 1 order when they finally acknowledged me the employee looked at me if she was scared like i was going to jump on her just disgusting behavior in 2025 but did not acknowledge the caucasian customers as such. Handed me my order and walked away quick as lightning, no have a good day or anything just completely rude! But said have a good day to the caucasian man that walked out. DISGUSTING! I just want this whole staff to know all poc arent rude and disrespectful, you guys are absolutely disgusting.

The only downside to this location is when people try to turn left on Fort Campbell during rush hour in the morning. Please just turn right so people don't have to wait for 30+ minutes for you to make a very unsafe left turn. You know who you are. Shame on you.

Very upset I paid for a drink I didnt received, instead I received someone else's drink, with their name on it, absolutely disgusting and not even similar to what I originally ordered. The drive thru was NOT busy when I placed my order tho it didnt get busy after I was at the window, they gave me 1 drink correctly, my pumpkin one thankfully, I waited 5 more min and then got another drink handed to me quickly with a confused look. I drove off and didnt realize it wasnt mine. That is not my mistake, that is dunkins mistake forgot giving the correct order!
It's the second time I order an ice caramel latte with an extra shot of coffee and they give me a glass of milk, too much white, after you have to pay for the extra shot, the coffee was too white that it looked like only milk. t's already happened to me twice. They give it to me very white and to complete it they don't give it the extra shot either. I inform them and they give me a separate cup of coffee. Bad service from everyone.

Come on now.... its Dunkin!!! I'm a huge fan of their coffee and their sandwiches are usually always right on point. Lobby wasn't open which is a bummer but the drive-thru worked just fine. Pace was good and definitely made my morning alot better!!
