Service could use some improvement. There were six workers behind the counter, and all were busy carrying out their tasks. However, customer service training should include the necessity of acknowledging the customers when they approach the counter, even just to say "Hello, will be with you in a moment." Most of the staff put effort into not making eye contact.

Very busy place. It's best to order in the app beforehand and pick up, or make an order on the kiosk right as you walk in. My hubby and I are old-fashioned and ordered right at the counter with the cashier. I don't recommend that-we waited for a while. But the food is always yummy!

Snackin bacon is to die for. I absolutely love the Dunkin Location @1645 Ft.Campbell Blvd. I go in the mornings to enjoy My cold coffee, snackin bacon and egg and cheese roll up. I do my paperwork. It's a good relaxing environment. The staff there is so happy, very professional. I order when I get inside and by the time I sit down and prepare my paperwork my order is ready. Hats off to my Dunkin peeps.
