I go to this Dunkin all the time and have no issues, except last week when I went thru drive thru and asked for a chocolate donut I got a chocolate glazed instead, which isn't what I wanted but I let that slide because I like those too, just not what I wanted. Although today, just now, I went inside and the girl at the donut case never even acknowledged me. Despite me being directly in her face she never said Hi, Hello, I'll be right with you, can I help you ... nothing. She just kept rearranging the donuts in the case for several minutes without a word about 3 to 4 minutes of me just standing there like was made of glass. She was helping another customer before me when I walked in , but instead of helping me when she was done she put on gloves and started moving the donuts around. Without me expressing to her her rude behavior I told myself I would give her another minute and if she doesn't acknowledge me I will just turn around and leave and be sure to let everyone about this very rude lady. And I did and I will. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Don't know if this lady does this all the time or if she just didn't want to help me but SHE as a representative of Dunkin needs to do better.

Two stars b/c I paid for snackin bacon to be good and tasty. Not thin Burnt and cold.. only reason why I didn’t come back n complain was b/c it was early and I was tired. Pls make sure you got ppl who know how to warm up premade food and We as customers get what’s paid for.

This restaurant being so expensive, the cashier with LONG HAIR WITHOUT A NET ON HIS HEAD, scratching his head and with that same hand, without changing his gloves grabbing the Donuts, took out the Donuts and placed it on the counter as if he were working in a veterinarian, we pay for good service, good care and cleanliness above all. They should require their workers to put nets on their heads to avoid this type of incident and contamination. When I told him what he had done: I told him to throw away those gloves, he didn't listen to me, he grabbed a piece of paper to serve me the donut but first he had me The charge was scratching behind his ear with the same hand that had the paper to take the DONUT, I told him what he had done and he just put on gloves, he gave me the wrong donut, and I was already afraid to ask him to give me again another because he didn't care Nothing contaminates the food, the coffee was burnt, the Donuts were cold, horrible, don't spend your money at this restaurant.

They are often out of or don’t have the donuts I like. The donuts are also not that great of quality, either. I stopped going here, because I was tired of being disappointed. Just now, I had a craving and decided to try them again. Nope, didn’t have chocolate frosted cream filled (they never do), no specialty donuts, so I took a chance on coconut- it is one of the worst donuts I’ve had in my life, and I LOVE coconut. The workers are always friendly, but that’s it.

Iced coffee was FAR more acidic than 99% of dunkins', and they forgot to add vanilla shots. Hash browns were soggy, undercooked, not crisp, overseasoned. Breakfast sandwich was merely warm, cheese didn't melt, and the croissant was stale on one side.
