Good standard Dunkin Donuts food and service. They keep the bathrooms locked for customers only, which tells you a little about the surrounding area. Seems like a homeless population lives in the area, as we saw some at nearby streets.

Coffee is good, fine like all the other dunkins but the amount of times they have gotten our food wrong or incorrect or even RAW at this point we have just stopped going its crazy fixed the cheese on my samwitch but rushed it so quick I had RAW bacon. Another day I had uncooked (COLD) egg bites i will say they fixed that issue just fine but its SO consistent and im tired if going up or through the drive through MULTIPLE times for 1 single order.

Hey dunkin, I ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese wraps and a brown sugar shaken espresso when I got to the window they had a mis-hap with the order which is fine the man at the window corrected. When he was given the bag he stated to his co workers it was still wrong. Now from my point of view it looked hostile but whoever it was snatched the bag from him aggressively and then threw another bag to give me. He was as professional as can be and he shouldn’t have to work in what I would have called a hostile work environment. Give him some recognition or if eligible move him on up he was very professional and polite. Sorry I can’t remember his name but look at the schedule from 16 September for morning shift and find out who he was. He doesn’t deserve to have to work with people that are hostile like that for just trying to fix a mistake.

This Dunkin’ is the worst one in town. The handful of times I’ve been there they have closed early or will leave you waiting at the speaker ignoring you until you drive away. The food taste like chemicals and is thrown in the bag without any care. Last time I went they were out of coffee midday. From now on I will opt in on going to Dutch Bro down the street where I know I will be treated well and served a great product. I’m officially breaking up with Dunkin.

First of all, I DO like the amount of milk they use, other places use way too much, that is probably the only thing I like other than price. The problem is, their coffee is just gross. The cold brew I make at home is way better and sometimes I think Dunkin just uses iced coffee instead of cold brew... They're not actually the same thing. I could see it being iced coffee, which typically has a much stronger and more bitter taste than cold brew does. I'd hope that's not the case, because that would mean they're a bunch of liars. If not, I'd say their coffee is just not good quality probably. It makes sense why they are so much less expensive than other places.
Anyway, other than that, this location is always sooooooooooo slow. We have waited here for almost an hour before and been one of two people in line. They never tell you what's going on. Rarely are they actually busy and yet they take forever. Usually we just leave after so often and go somewhere else. We usually get food, which is edible but not the best you'll get. We only come here cause it's very close for us. I wouldn't really recommend it though.

I use this Dunkin occasionally bc it’s closer to me! Came here and sat for 10 minutes had 4 cars behind me and no one ever came to take my order! Even drove to the window and back around and sat behind the other 4 cars and still no one took their order either …..They were open & 4 hours til close 😬 your order is a hit or miss but normally they are willing to fix it no problem….other times they ask u to repeat your order 2-3 times and STILL GET IT WRONG 🤣 this is definitely a go if you have to Dunkin but if you can I’d recommend driving a little further out for better service/order

I chose one star only because I wanted to let others know that this location has employees that said they couldn't fulfill my mobile order because their manager did not show up for work and they had not been properly trained. They couldn't even refund my money or cancel the order. They told me I could in the app, which was incorrect. I contacted the corporate headquarters thinking they could help me, After several exchanges of emails and proof of purchase, I never got my refund. I used to love to stop at Dunkin Donuts early in the morning, but they are apparently both a woke and incompetent company who don't even make donuts in-house. The donuts are made in Nashville and delivered early in the morning. That's why they don't stay fresh for very long.

Bad customer service. No hello no thank you, on top of that, they took their time with the food and the young black man was picking on his nails while at the register I’ve been here before and they had great service. They must be a new crew, but I work in retail and I expect more than you just taking my money on top of taking your time with the food.
Thos is the worst dunkin we have ever tried to deal with. Every visit the drive thru person tries to rush you through your order or doesn't even know how to input an order. Are the headsets broken? Cause we speak loud and clear and still they can never get an order right.
