They have a rewards program. The crew is friendly, the line moves pretty fast so let those long lines fool you and they have nice music playing! This is the slowest Dutch Bros. There is absolutely no reason for it to take more than 35 mins to get coffee!Edit: if the owner is reading these reviews don’t comment unless you plan on taking corrective measures. It’s the same complaint for all 1-2 star reviews: SLOW SERVICE!

I really love Dutch Bros. The only reason I took out a star is because the chocolate milk is my favorite drink of all time but lately everytime I order it .. it taste watered down somehow. And I never get any ice always a cold pour. Sad that’s what I wasted my birthday reward on. If you like soda the Dutch sodas are delicious! The mochas are great. The muffin tops are good too but please if y’all switched the chocolate milk or the recipe changed .. CHANGE IT BACK
