you wait at the window to order a drink for 5-10 mins. half the time they don’t even get your order right. they’re also very rude. they will stare at you yet not acknowledge your presence or assist with taking your order. people who ordered after me had got their drinks before.

First time to a Dutch Bros, and this was a great experience . Great tasting iced Golden eagle and great customer service. Also, the great part is I got it for free for downloading the app, which free is always nice.

If you’re looking for a sugar high, then this is your place. I asked to make it half sweet, and the amount of syrup they put in their drinks is crazy.

I drove up, and the lights were off. So I wasn't sure if it was open. 9 pm. I just came off a 14-hour shift. I was greeted by a wonderful smile and kind voice. As she handed me my "drinks" to take to work the next day. She put stoppers on both drinks. I asked her, "Did I ask you to do that?" She said, no, I just didn't want your drinks to spill. That's truly great customer service! The Dutch way!

I normally love live dutches but today my cookie butter latte tasted like burnt coffee. I literally had to go right next door to McDonald’s to get a frappe.

Love Dutch bros. Graduated from High school in Grants Pass and it's good to see local guys who have the best coffee around growing their business. I love how they give back to each community.
One girl that works in the morning is almost always rude, and snarky. She commonly shows poor customer service.
I love dutch bros after having many in CA, but this one particular worker ruins it for me, and I have a preferred tip set as well for payment, she never asks, just accepts. Every worker asks.
I don't know the rude workers name, but she has dark hair and is a shorter heavyset gal, (Lack of better words).
Its worth it to go to the one on 2nd and Madison, it is the only dutch bros accurate feel we're used to. Everyone is kind there.
I won't be returning to this location anytime soon because of her attitude. No one should have to go another location because of a rude entitled worker.

Honestly, Dutch bros is my favorite coffee place. I came from Colorado Springs and would go at least 2-3x a week. Since moving here I was excited to have a Dutch bros even if it was 25 mins away. Unfortunately 2/4 times that I have gone my order has just been messed up. The first time I went I ordered a Carmelizer and there was absolutely no Carmel in the drink. The second mess up, I ordered a Carmel pumpkin brûlée (my favorite drink) and it tasted like straight pumpkin out of a can because waaaay too much pumpkin was used and not enough of anything else. The workers are very friendly but I wish they’d stick to the recipes rather than just guessing.
