I came to this location after dropping my dog off for surgery and was a hot mess. Whoever the lady was taking my order was so so kind and sweet to me during this hard time. She reassured me my dog would be ok and then gave me my drink for free. I will never forget your act of kindness. Thank you so much for being so generous. I think the team is doing wonderful but i dont appreciate the one girl yelling at her co worker and cussing at the top of her lungs that he was a little slow with a drink. I can assure you we were ok to wait a few min. To the guy in a yellow shirt at the window you did awesome, thank you. :)

I come to Dutch Bros often, almost everyday and I’m not usually the type to leave a negative review but I’ve had several poor interactions with the same worker at this point. Her name is Beck, I asked for her name because I was so disappointed in the customer service I have received from her, now three times. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but she is very snarky and unamused every time she’s at the window. The first encounter I had with her was at the N. 2nd St. location, she was very rude to me when I asked how I should order a specific drink because it was my first time at Dutch bros and I accidentally ordered a drink incorrectly.I brushed it off the first two times but it really makes for an unpleasant experience, which is vastly different from the interactions I have with other workers at this location. I hope this review is helpful!
