These bagels are SO tasty! Service was exceptional, the wait was a bit long, but it’s worth the wait.

I only went there to get Onion Bagels, when they finally opened I was told they don't make Onion Bagels at that store.
Trying to find this store is an adventure onto itself. They're buried on campus of Austin Peay with no signage to direct you to the building they're in.

Bagel is not toasted and order was made incorrectly All nighter had one egg and I was never asked if that was okay. As soon as Jamie isn’t there it all goes down hill.

The food is great but that have HORRIBLY LONG wait times. One girl in front of me waited 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese (the bagel was already made, they didnt havr to make a new batch) i waited 25-30 for a bagel sandwich. They werent even slammed or anything. If there is gonna be a 20+ minute wait for a bagel, then maybe let the customer know ?

This place is never open on time. It says 7 am but its 7:30 and the doors are still closed and locked with the lights off. Whenever they do open the employees are pretty rude half of the time and I have heard them talk bad about the students.

It wasn’t the worst bagel shop ever. Their sandwiches are great! But I got a bagel and I swear it had the thinnest layer of cream cheese I have ever seen. I may just be too much of a cream cheese person, but this was ridiculously skimpy. I am grateful that I got a side of cream cheese with it. The bagel itself was great though! Customer service was so-so.

Every morning I come here Ms. Kristie makes the best sandwiches and is as flexible as she can be even when she’s the only one there. I give her major props for her everlasting respect and drive. I appreciate you Ms. Krisite!

This has to be the worst run bagel shop in town. The employees do not have any care in the world , and you will be waiting at least 40 minutes for them to take your order. Disgraceful. You should all be ashamed of your work ethic .
Not sure if it is because of summer or what but went in at 840, not open...very disappointed got up more than an hour before class for it and couldn't get anything, so now I wait in the parking lot for more than an hour for class

The staff provides quick and efficient service. Products seem fresh as well.... I don't know what system is used in the preparation of the beverages, but staff should seek to maintain that the quality is always the same. I purchased a chai tea latte twice and it was good, then the third time, it tasted like plain milk.... other than that, it's a great place to grab a quick bite.
