Best Margaritas in town!!! Made with real fresh fruit from scratch. Not your average margarita!

The food was good, but our 1st waiter didn't give us much attention. We had another waiter halfway through our lunch service, and he was much more attentive.

Great service and Food. Enchiladas Ranchera's with pork was awesome! Agree with others...this restaurant deserves more than 3.5 stars.

I came in to dine on 1/22/2024 at 310p waited at the door for 4 minutes un greeted. No one was around. I then sat myself at the bar and continued to wait another 9 minutes before anyone spoke to me. So I was not happy with the customer service then after the waiter brought the food I immediately disliked my arroz con pollo it was so dry ! I had to take a bite then immediately a drink of water just to swallow. It was terrible and I told him I was not going to eat it. He then told me there was nothing he could do because there was no manager on duty until 5p. He offered me a box I said no I am not eating it. Later he came back and asked again if I wanted a box I again said no I refuse to eat that. I had to wait around and ask for the check. I originally came in for happy hour however with not getting any food on my stomach I was ready to leave. Once I did get it (around 4:22p) it was not until an hour after he brought it to me that he came and cashed it out (5:17p) saying I was supposed to walk to the front and pay . When I saw him cash other tickets out at the station just fine. Over all absolutely terrible experience I would not recommend this restaurant especially to people of color. I ended up leaving after 5 and still no manager was able on duty to speak to. I attempted to add photos to this post but it is disabled. I also left a google review.

We love this place! The food is always great (never had a bad meal), and the service is even better. The Pollo Ranchero is my favorite, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Great place!

HUGE issue with this place is the refusal to let people who were regular customers make orders and PAY beforehand and come down and park near the front door and call in and have their order be brought out to them. I am not just being lazy, I explained to them I am disabled and they refused to bring the order which would be paid for before ever arriving. They said we do not do that. Saying you can park take your 3 to 5 minutes to get your equipment out and set up then find a handicapped accessory to curb then fight the doors only to pick up an order that is PAID FOR, 10 seconds later turn around go back to the handicapped area off the curb. Then fight in the extra tight parking lot to get back into your vehicle and then spend another 3 to 5,6,up to 10 minutes to disassemble all the handicapped equipment and get all loaded up again in the extra tight parking lot. Because this place said no you CANNOT PARK IN A SPACE NEAR FRONT DOOR OR IN THE DRIVE OUT OF THE WAY FOR THE !% SECONDS IT WOULD TAKE FOT ONE OF OUR STAFF (WHEN THERE IS usually ABOUT 3 TO 6 EMPLOYEES JUST STANDING AROUND THE REGISTER AREA TALKING TO ONE ANOTHER ANYWAYS) THEY COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO WALK 3 FEET TO THE DOOR AND 10 MORE FEET TO THE VEHICLE AND HAND THE ALREADY PAID FOR MEAL/MEALS TO THE HANDICAPPED DRIVER AD TURN AND WALK BACK IN! A process for them that would take 30 seconds at a max!!! No, they would rather say no we will not do that and discriminate against handicapped people in our community! MAKES ME SICK, I AM SO UPSET WITH THE ATTITUDE I GOT JUST TRYING TO ASK FOR THIS FAVOR. AND WOULD MAYBE EVEN BE WILLING TO TIP A SMALL BIT MORE (but why as almost any restaurant these days will bring food to the customer's vehicle whether they be handicapped or not. Even Domino's Pizza would, Papa Johns, Chilis, Outback, Ocharleys, just about any place will bring food out, not this discriminatory place!!!! JUST SICK LAZY PEOPLE!

There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and we waited an hour to get food. The staff was stressed and everyone in the restaurant was not receiving food. I think it was an off night for them.
