I found Fat Shack whilst DoorDash-ing. ? So, of course the smell alone and quite the generous portions, I got nosey and bought the seasoned fries a couple of times.Today, I had one of the sandwiches… and now, I have a whole new food addiction! ??♀️?❤️

Under new management and I really enjoyed my experience. Food was great and my kids enjoyed all of it. The owner was professional and respectful, told us a little about how they got started and seemed like he cared a lot about the customer. Definitely recommend, we will be going back.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly towards us bringing our kids and I didn't feel out of place for bringing them.

Did not uniform anybody of the 50 min wait. They continued to take orders while customers sat down and began regretting their decisions. I understand that people can be understaffed, but it is bad business to not let people know that it will take 50 min to get fast food. Please make people aware of your current situation so that customers can make informed decisions before ordering.They did offer us a free desert because of the wait. Just should have informed beforehand.

Looked closed. Had to wait a few minutes before anyone came out to ask what i was picking up. Foods pretty over priced for the small amount you get (half philly was basically a krystal) but taste good.

Sorry, I tried to like this place. The food is overpriced at best. My sandwich was so awful and Dry. I barely could get 2 bites in and couldn't swallow it without washing it down with a drink. The cheese fries were OK but not a large like I ordered. The oreo milkshakes were very small for about $6 but on the positive side it tasted pretty good. I was not impressed at all for the quality of food I received for the price. I don't mind paying more for food but it at least has to taste good. The worker was very pleasant but I just wasn't impressed with the food.

The foooood! We had the Fat Shack, Fat Chance, The Bronco, cheese fries, milk shakes, and the deep-fried cheesecake bites. EVERYTHING was delicious! Portions are crazy good. Definitely couldn't eat a whole sandwichand the cheesecake bites were the size of my fist. We WILL be eating here again!Update: We went back and did pick up. No one was dining in, so the atmosphere was dead. The cashier didn't look up at me when I was talking to her, so the service was lacking. That is until I got home and realized they gave me a half sandwich rather than a whole one I paid for. When I called, she told me they had my sandwich. I asked why she didn't call me if they realized their mistake, and she just said Oops! When I got back there, she said she gave my sandwich to a different customer. I had to wait again for my sandwich to be made. That's when she wanted to look at me when saying "thats our bad". Food good, service not so much. Just get Uber food next time. Maybe they will get your order correct; or don't make my mistake, check your tied up bag before you leave.

Ordered a lot of food. Ended up having a hair embedded INSIDE the burger bun. As I pulled it out, the bun started to fall apart. Late night food for the biggest fail. The cheesecake bites were good though lol

Great food. The restaurant staff is great. Just needed a bit of cleaning. We went while it was raining and the floor was so very slippery. But, we would go again.
Today was mine and my grandson first time visiting. And OMG. I have heard about the Fat Shack. But now I know. We were going to the grocery store afterwards, but we couldn't do nothing but go home and lay straight down. We both got the regular sandwiches and barely ate all of it. It's like it was a regular but dam how big is a large. That's a lot of food. All we kept talking about was how nice the restaurant was on the inside and of course the food and the friendly staff. Really need more than 5 Stars. Thank you for our dinner,Fat Shack....Dietary restrictions: You can take items off your sandwich
