We choose to eat at this Fazoli's after a long day on the road, the first restaurant we selected was a hour and a half wait, so we decided to just do something quick. We enjoy Fazoli's and do not have any near our home now. Once parked and I checked the reviews I was a little concerned about dining here. Thankful the previous reviews are not how this location is - or was - on the night of July 25, 2 025. We dined at 6:04pm. First the staff were very friendly! While trying to decide what to choose for my meal, the cashier made a suggestion for me as a senior adult and it was spot on - just enough food - not too much. Our food was delivered quickly, fresh and hot. The flavor was great. We watched staff constantly cleaning the dining area. and breadsticks were replenished when we asked for more. We truly couldn't understand the prior negative reviews -- we had a great experience at this location.

Our PTO used Fazolis for Back To School Night to feed our amazing teachers and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! So much food for such an amazing price! The staff and management were so easy to work with, so friendly, and very helpful with loading it all up too. Lots of great feedback from the teachers for the variety and the amount of food. No one was left hungry! Highly recommend their catering option for large events! You all are amazing!! THANK YOU!!!!

If you want something more than Noodles & Co, but not feeling Olive Garden ... this is it. Fast food pasta and sandwiches. Keeping that in mind, it's tasty. My daughter prefers their Alfredo to the larger chain restaurants. The bread sticks are delicious, albeit a bit salty on occasion. Family of 3 are for under $40 and was satisfied w serving sizes.

I've been to Fazoli's plenty of times and the food is great but this time everything was beyond amazing. My daughter and I were greeted as soon as entering, and the cashier was greeting from the dining area as she was cleaning. Then she stopped, and came to the register and took my order. She was patient as I pulled up my fazolis reward app coupon and after I came out of the bathroom from washing my hands. She had already placed breadsticks and my daughter's pasta on the table and told me mine would be out shortly. She took a few more orders, handed everyone their food, then came back out to the dining area swept the fountain carpet, the order carpet and wiped down some tables. This one employee shines bright like a diamond for this restaurant and brought our Fazoli's experience to an ultimate great beyond any visit we've ever had. Our cashier's name was Ashley FAZOLI'S AT 2143 Lowes Drive Clarksville,Tn Thank you Ashley for this amazing experience. The effort you put on customers coming into the doors of Fazoli's did not go unnoticed.
