I've just quit going even though I love firehouse. They basically accuse you of stealing your call in order and demand you open your phone even if you ask first for your order by name. I understand not wanting to get ripped off by people just grabbing free food, but it's beyond insulting and even after contacting corporate a couple of times, they continue to do it in the most insulting and condescending manner. I'll just hit Jimmy John's across the street from now on

No reaper last dab sauce for the signature hot ones spicy dill hook and ladder. Told by the nice gentleman that the owner didn’t order it and hasn’t ordered it since its release to the menu. I’d love to say I will return but there are so many options in the area I’ll be going elsewhere.

Ordered hook and ladder with bacon, they directly said there would be an upcharge which I agreed to. Get back home and discover it did not have bacon. Disappointed that you pay $2.50 for something and leave a tip to not receive what you pay for! Will definitely be leary about order and tipping if decide to give it another chance. The sandwich itself taste fine, just didn't get what was expected!

Order two sandwhiches through Uber Eats and an entire sandwhich was missing from the bag for the driver. They didn't put the whole order together correctly. Tried to call and their phone number doesn't even work. The sandwhich that got delivered wasn't even made correctly and barely had any meat on it. Whoever was making sandwhiches this morning really does not know what they're doing.
Food was available quickly. Super tasty. Hot sauce bar is coming back....got killed by COVID.

The Thanksgiving sub had no cranberry sauce on it. They wiped a knife across a small portion of it. Could not taste it.
