Firehouse Subs Madison Street

Ordered hook and ladder with bacon, they directly said there would be an upcharge which I agreed to. Get back home and discover it did not have bacon. Disappointed that you pay $2.50 for something and leave a tip to not receive what you pay for! Will definitely be leary about order and tipping if decide to give it another chance. The sandwich itself taste fine, just didn't get what was expected!

Order two sandwhiches through Uber Eats and an entire sandwhich was missing from the bag for the driver. They didn't put the whole order together correctly. Tried to call and their phone number doesn't even work. The sandwhich that got delivered wasn't even made correctly and barely had any meat on it. Whoever was making sandwhiches this morning really does not know what they're doing.

Food was available quickly. Super tasty. Hot sauce bar is coming back....got killed by COVID.

The Thanksgiving sub had no cranberry sauce on it. They wiped a knife across a small portion of it. Could not taste it.

The small beef cheddar brisket was toasted a tad too long for me, but that did not stop me from devouring the entire thing. Very clean restaurant with plenty of seating.

Outstanding Service and excellent subs. We were greeted as soon as we entered, and the staff was patient as my family figured out what to order, which tends to be difficult! Everything was super fresh and the bread much softer than Subway. It was my wife's first time trying Firehouse. She's very picky, and Firehouse came through big time. It's like a 15 mile drive from our house, but definitely worth it. We'll absolutely be back! Roz, Josh, and Ashley made the experience great!

Just came to get two subs to go. Waited 45 minutes with three employees working. Saw four people get their food the whole time I was waiting and 17 people sitting still waiting for their food. Workers definitely unmotivated to work.

Been here alot, usually no mistakes. Last week made an online order and got home with the wrong sandwich. We called the store and spoke with Rosalind. She took our name and remembered us a week later, fixed a brand new sandwich and was so kind in fixing the mistake. I've had many orders with Rosalind at the counter and she runs a very tight ship, mistake free service with a smile. Reminds me of the old days of customer service! Please folks, stop in and eat here, she is the constant face and voice of our Firehouse Clarksville @ Madison st. Show her your appreciation for Rosalind's, and her employees hard work.
