Been here alot, usually no mistakes. Last week made an online order and got home with the wrong sandwich. We called the store and spoke with Rosalind. She took our name and remembered us a week later, fixed a brand new sandwich and was so kind in fixing the mistake. I've had many orders with Rosalind at the counter and she runs a very tight ship, mistake free service with a smile. Reminds me of the old days of customer service! I absolutely love the manger at this location she runs tight ship and hold her staff to very high standards. The line can be very long and the phone ringing off the hook and she keeps on smiling. I cannot say enough great things about her. Plus she always remembers my elderly inlaws and always ask about them. Just amazing.
