The worker had my subs fixed as soon as I placed my order on the app. Marked my box no mustard so I could tell which one was mine and which was my son's. Very nice and fresh tasting hook and ladder.

I'd give it 4.5 overall. Food was good, little heavy on the mayo/sauce. And prices have really increased since last time I visited a Firehouse Subs, so I'll keep that in mind, next time I'm craving a sub. Service was pretty quick, but it was obvious the lady who took my order & made my sub, was not in a good mood. It was almost empty around 2pm & nice and chill, while in the mid 90's outside.

Today was my first time at this location(Wilma Rudolph)and my very first time having their sub sandwich. The service was terrible. The employee that took my order was very impolite. Didn't ask what bread I wanted for my orders. I had a combo and a cup was not even offered. I definitely will not be visiting this location again. For my very first time, my experience was trash.

I have been to this location a handful of times. Never had a problem with the employees or service for the most part. They don't usually take forever with making subs, but it has happened. I recently ordered online and received badly burnt meatballs in my sub. I reached out online to have it fixed since I was already home at this point. They stated they reached out several times to the manager with no response. I didnt feel the need to reach out since they did for me. It was a waste of a sub and really disappointed of the lack of response on the order.

Ordered ham to be added to my turkey bacon ranch, got home no ham and 3 pieces of turkey only 1 bacon won't be back. For the price of a sandwich and to get a better one at gas station no thank you firehouse lost a customer who loved them

By far the worst brisket that I have ever eaten, cut very thin and slightly less chewy than beef Jerky. Stop cutting corners ,and cutting the brisket to thin! I thought a franchise was suppose to be as good as the original.
