My first time here was kind of upsetting because I feel like the workers were not listening to me. I ordered the bacon and cheese hotdog with grilled onions and pickles. The cashier gave me a double cheeseburger with grilled onions and pickles, so let them know my order was wrong then the girl who was in the back cooking said no problem you can just have the burger for free and I will make you The bacon cheese hotdog with pickles and grilled onions and she even read my receipt when I get all the way to my car when I should’ve checked it before I left the store and once again, my order was wrong she forgot the grilled onions so I had to take the grilled onions that came from the incorrect sandwich and transfer them over to my hotdog. This wouldn’t have happened if the cashier who was ringing me up would talk to me and not at me and not speak over me and listen then my order would’ve came out right

Mr harden took my order and was very personable and did everything with a smile and mr dom was cooking even tho he is the gm that's leader ship if you ask me he was so friendly as and then Ms Tammy fixed the drink machine and was friendly as well thank you all for the great service despite the weather

Five Guys BLTs used to be so good. Just got a delivery and the sandwiches were so bare of bacon, FG should be ashamed. Yes, less bacon than they once piled on is fine, but this, in comparison to past experiences, is pitiful and definitely not value for money. As usual, the fries are great.
