incompetent teenagers closing before close. came 25 minutes before close to find they “aren’t serving custard as they close soon.” i asked what they are serving and got no response, only to pull up to see them all talking in the back. great food, but can’t stand laziness.

We went in to grab dinner, we placed our order, answered questions to the person taking the order pertaining to the order, and the order was still massively wrong. We asked tots, curds, and onion rings to accompany a California burger, a double cheese, and a bacon no cheese. Two shakes, and a fountain drink. We received the food, and were told we would have to wait for the shakes a minute. I reached in the bag for a curd. No curds. Two orders of Fry's and a tots. I looked at my son and asked him if we ordered Fry's, he said no we ordered tots, curd and rings. The manager over heard is and she said hold a second please dropped a few fry baskets in the cooker, and a few minutes later hands me a bag and apologizes. I thought how very cool, they are trying to correct the issue. Note, still no shakes. I didn't look into the bag, we just wait a fewore minutes for the shakes, there was a table with four little young'uns. An employee came out front pulled a tooth from one of the kiddos mouths and then went back behind the counter and started to make the shakes. She did not change her gloves. We left without shakes. When we got home, the bag the manager handed me had only sack of rings in it. (No curds for YOU!). Most places worry that the ice cream will melt before the food is done. Our food went cold waiting on drinks we didn't even wait to get because of a hygiene issue, oh, and the bacon burger no cheese.... There wasn't even a whole slice of bacon on it. Moral of the story?.... You might think you are too tired to cook after working in the heat and sun all day, trust me. You are not, I spent 48 dollars for cold mediocre food that you can produce yourself for less and it would actually be hot. And as for the shakes, I have a blender at home also.

Great steakburger and patty melt. French fries were overdone. Guess they're going to replace steak 'n shake and they're doing a good job..

Went to this location 8/8 at 3:04pm. I went through drive-thru. When I reached the speaker, the girl was short and curt taking my order. I completed my order and was told my total was $12.91. I got to the window and the lady opened the window. I said hello and all I got in return was a short $12.91. I handed over my card and waited. Once my card was run, she handed me the receipt and card. She then shut the window. When she handed off my food I said thank you. No response just the window shut. Once I returned to work I looked at the receipt and my card was charged $13.00. After reviewing my receipt I noticed my amount had been rounded up to donate to a charity. I know it's seems petty for just 9 cents but it is the fact that I wasn't asked at the speaker or the window if I would like to do so. It's my option and should NOT have been done without my consent. I tried to call just to let someone in management know that it wasn't right. And I'm sure I'm not the only one. There was no response after 4 phone calls every 20 mins. Also to top ot off, my cheese curds were all over the bottom of the bag not in the container. This left grease on the bottom of the bag. My burger was haphazardly put together so when I pulled it out I got a hand covered in mustard. Probably will not be returning to this location again.

It is the first time we have eaten at Freddy's, and we found it excellent, both in taste, appearance, service and cleanliness of the premises.

We walked in around 3:50 pm on a Saturday. There were no customers in the store. As we walk up to the register to order, an employee steps in front of us and orders his own food. There is only one register open and there is an issue with his order. Then a mobile order walks in and is helped immediately. We stood there for five minutes thinking maybe another register would open or the issue would get resolved. It did not. So we left. An experience that didn't need to be as bad as it was.

I got custard which is always great. But if you want food......go somewhere else. The staff is hit or miss. Tonight staff was good.
