Hair in my fries, no hair nets are used here , replacement fries were offered but my appetite couldn't be replaced :(

We had a group of 12, mostly grade school kids. The staff were super patient with them and the food came crazy fast, with 100% accuracy.

We ended up ordering from here last night on doordash, not only did they mess up the order itself, the bacon on my chicken blt was over salted and the chicken was undercooked so now I'm dealing with a bout of mild food poisoning, I threw it away as soon as my chicken got chewy in my mouth. My sandwhich lacked the LT part of a damn BLT.

All i recieved was tenders, mayo, bacon, and pickled on my sandwhich.

Like, it is called a BLT for a reason. I'm more upset about the mild food poisoning however.

Sat in the drive through for over ten minutes and nobody said anything into the intercom. We honked, we yelled and nobody ever replied. Drove off and went elsewhere.

Can I just say I have been to this Freddy's twice in the past month. The first time I ordered my food and there was about four cars in front of me. I sat there for 15 minutes and still hadn't moved so I left. Today I went to Freddy's to give them a second chance I pulled up there was three Freddy's employees because I could see their shirts leaned up against a car in the parking lot smoking I pulled up to the speaker to order my food and nobody answered I sat there for 10 minutes all the while those employees are still leaned up against the car smoking so I pulled off. This was at 10:00 this morning. Freddy's sucks
