Great American Cookies

Ordered a cookie for a birthday today. My phone says it’s dated for today they say their receipt for tomorrow all because they don’t have a decorator today. Tells me I can have the cookie tomorrow WHEN I CLEARLY NEEDED IT FOR TODAY. Then tells me I can’t even have a refund because it was a preorder but they haven’t even made it so why can’t it be cancelled and refunded? Why did the website let me order it for today? I get at least 6 cookie cakes a year from here and never will again!!! This was the Davenport Iowa location

We got one of your cookies for our 13 year olds birthday and turned out wonderfully in design and taste. We will definitely be back!

I was not impressed with American Cookie Company in Mandeviile , La. I. Bought a $71.00 square cookie cake with the fish decoration on it. Just one big fish !!! On the web site it was $59.00. At the store the same cake was $71.00. Was not even fresh. Very disappointed. Everyone asked where it came from so they know not to get one from there The best part is I called and that was 4 days ago and the manager was supposed to call me back. Her name is Katie so I was told. I’m not calling back again but leaving a bad review. I would think I should have gotten a call by now but shows that this manager doesn’t care. I will never order from them again. At least not the location in Mandeville,La

I had to stop by because I have a sweet tooth. The ladies at the counter were so sweet. Answered my questions about the cookies with patience. Thank you for being so kind in a cold world.

Shana was extremely helpful to ensure the design was exactly what I wanted, I’m so happy with her ability to deliver and attention to detail.
This made our special day that much more memorable.

Shanna and Jeanette where awesome they had excellent customer service skills. Just when I thought customer service was dead!! They deserve a raise,time off award or something they really went above and beyond!!!

We love visiting Great American Cookies in Governor Square Mall. I wanted to give a shout out Shana and Tommy. We are daily mall walkers, so we pass the cookie shop everyday. We're able to see the workers as they come in to prepare for their day. Shana and Tommy (whichever one opens for the day) speaks to us as we pass by. Asking how we are with a friendly smile. When our grandchildren are visiting they insist on getting cookies. Shana and or Tommy are so patient while taking their orders, especially as they change their minds. I just want corporate or whomever is in charge to know they have 2 great employees working for them. They deserve recognition. We've been walking 3 years now and Shana and Tommy have been the same these years, sooo friendly and caring.

Nothing particularly special about the product. But my daughter was happy with her birthday cookie/cake. Pre ordered and it was ready for pick up on time.

All I can say is WOW 🤩 cookie cakes from Great American Cookies have always been a family favorite so of course had to get one for a birthday and let me say the art work on this is mind blowing 🤯 I still can’t believe this is a cookie cake it’s 🔥 if you want something amazing for your next celebration this is the place to go!!

I had a great experience with Great American Cookie in Clarksville, TN! I had ordered a cake for my son's birthday, but unfortunately, we had to cancel the pickup last minute due to my son and baby being sick. The staff was incredibly accommodating and quickly rescheduled my order without any hassle. Their customer service went above and beyond! Highly recommend this place for both delicious treats and excellent service!

Brooke had incredible customer service, was very personable, and listened to everything I wanted while also giving her professional input to come up with a great design! So happy with the outcome and Brooke!

The quality of the baked goods is awesome, only surpassed by the exemplary and above and beyond customer service provided by their staff, particularly, a wonderful asset to this Store that goes by the name of Shanna. She is professional, kind and efficient. Not only will I be a returning—and frequently so—customer, I will HIGHLY recommend this gem of baked goods to every person I know—and that number is quite high 😜. Thank you for a great experience!
