“I really enjoy supporting local businesses and love the teas here, but it’s disappointing to stand at the counter for five minutes without even a greeting or acknowledgment from the owner. A simple “I’ll be with you in just a moment” would go a long way. I understand things get busy, but acknowledging a customer takes very little effort and makes a big difference. Your customers are the reason your business continues to thrive, and it’s important to show appreciation for that.
