Came in for a phone order, was not greeted by any server even though plenty walked past. After finally getting help because I approached them, I was given the wrong order. I returned to get the correction made & was apologized to a million times. The manager on duty (Steve?) even said I won't charge you and will reverse your payment. Guess what....HE LIED & the General Manager Chris lied also because he said he would look into it. Even told me to call back, but nobody answered the phone. This is a Business, so how do you NOT answer the phone. 1st & LAST TIME going there!!!!

The absolute best Hooter’s experience I’ve had in 10 years. The wings were delicious and Rylie, my bartender was amazing. She managed a full bar and never had me or other customers waiting. I’ll be back to this Hooter’s!

Our beer we had was warm, ask if could have another beer that was cold and we were told that their beer tap was broken. If they knew that, why didn't they say anything. Plus, we had to pay for it. Will not be going back there again.

Pick up order was incorrect. Drove 30 minutes one way to pick it up. Called manager he informed me that the order would be replaced next time I wanted to order. I have attempted to call in on two different times to have the food replaced and the manager (BG) claims to not have access to the log and ask me to call back on a different day.

Great food, friendly staff but food prices are steep.
Staff in bathroom but thank goodness the patrons of the restaurant were kind enough to let the staff know I was there, not that it did anything because they all still just ignored me. Place was not busy made no sense why it took so long to get the food. When contacting the store manager (who also ignored me) I was questioned about what he looked like?? Hahah insane. I’m sure the food is great and I’m sure the staff is wonderful when they care but I absolutely caught them on a day where they simply could not be bothered. And, from other reviews, it seems like it’s rather hit or miss on whether you will catch them on a day they care.

This place is going downhill fast. Food takes over 50 minutes for a wing order when it used to take 20. The beer is warm coming out of the tap and frothy. The cooler for the mugs is constantly frozen over and inefficient. The GM is lackluster and hardly cares about the staff or the customers. The previous GM while he ran a tight ship he at least had this place running more effectively. Corporate needs to pop in on a silent visit and see what this place is like.
