Haven’t eaten at Jack in the Box in a long time because the fast food around Clarksville is hit or miss. Came to this location tonight. Ordered 3 combos and 2 kids meals and some tacos. Sourdough jack combs have stale bread and it was never grilled. French fries and curly fries are also stale and we can tell they were cooked too long ago to be serving. Spent over $52 and couldn’t finish eating our meals. I took two bites of my sandwich and wrapped it back up. Clarksville fast food needs to be shut down. So disappointing. Will not be coming back.

Can’t ever do anything right, how tf my order was ready after the dasher arrived and my food was still cold and incorrect. I ordered a burger with no tomato no mayo, whatever slow cook in the back made it WITH TOMATO but didn’t put the lettuce or pickle on it. Like WHAT! Yall need to do better. Look at that bull crap and convince me you’d eat this
I love Jack-In-The-Box! But the one here in Clarksville can sometimes be a little risky to eat at. Especially at night. I'm not talking about risk of safety, I'm talking about risk of them either not having what you want, or being unwilling or able to make what you want. Especially at night. They often have issues with their computer making it impossible to pay with a card if you visit them at night. Great food though. So worth the risk. Unless you make the trip for nothing.

Went around 230am and the girl at the window- didn’t catch her name, had an arm brace though, was so incredibly sweet. 10/10 experience and made the 20min drive for me so worth it. Every time I go my food is hot and fresh, Even while sometimes there may be a wait, understaffing/late night I assume, the staff is always very kind. Many people hate the late night staffing at fast food establishments, but I can confidently say Jack-in-the-Box has it down. Reward your staff, they’re hardworking and awesome.
The rubber ring around the meat says it's been sitting there, like it's waiting at DMV.. do BETTER!

Could not order. Lazy girl working refused to take drive thru order because she was alone... I drove over 20 minutes to your 24 hour drive thru. You suck, that lazy girl sucks and if your not open 24 hours, take down the sign.

Food is alright, about what you would expect from this restaurant. Issue is, drive thru is slow as slow can be, and lobby is open on a "when I feel like it" basis. Says on the door lobby is open until 9pm. I pull in at 5:15, and the lobby is closed. Drive thru line half way around the building, and a closed lobby means lost customers.

We had the Bacon Double Sourdough Jack. Get extra sauce to really make it good. They do use real ground beef. There is no shrinkage of the meat.
