Every single damn time I go there, something is ALWAYS missing. They never put napkins in the bag, never include ANY sauce, they’re constantly “out” of shake mix, and they can’t even bother to add the dressings or croutons to a simple salad. I ordered through DoorDash and—surprise—no napkins, no fork for my tiny tacos, no ranch for the mozzarella sticks, no sauce for the tacos, and they STILL managed to mess up my whole sandwich. Like seriously? I get that you’re busy, but it is NOT that hard to put in the basics. I’ve worked at Jack in the Box before. I KNOW you can see exactly what sauces and add-ons are supposed to go with each item on the screen, and I KNOW you’re supposed to always put napkins in and separate the food. And this was a franchise too—so what’s the excuse? Employees, please do better. You know damn well you wouldn’t like your food handed to you this way. And yeah, I know someone will say, “Well why do you keep going?” Because it’s literally the ONLY Jack in the Box in Clarksville. That’s why. The loaded breakfast sandwich I ordered wasn’t even complete, and the bread wasn’t toasted at all. I KNOW you’re supposed to run it through the rolling butter and into the toaster—come on. I’ve gone there so many times and my order is wrong every single visit. I usually don’t complain because I get it—people get busy, people have bad days. But today? Today was too much. I spent a lot, I was starving, and this was just ridiculous.

So we are the only car in the drive-thru, still sitting here, and we asked to add an oreo shake to the or s er when we got to the window. They told us that their policy says they can not add anything at the window. Kinda weird.

Horrible! From service to food. From the start of service, I called the business no answer. So I called the delivery guy and was like where is my food he was like they haven't made it yet, mind you it had been 40mins already! Couldn't cancel because he was there waiting. When the guy finally came and gave me the food, I was like what is this?? Order completely wrong! That is what they gave him. The driver offered to take it back(he didn't have to) and they refused to even entertain the idea they was wrong. This cost me more money because the driver missed 2 other orders dealing with this foolishness and took his time to help me. I have called several times with no response. Next step is to file against the business with the attorney general and maybe some other charges. The food while hot, had hair in it...like was it dropped on the floor? Did someone not have a hair net? If I just feed my family and not checked for those who have allergies it would have been worst than just a wrong order. So they didn't even care of the special instructions even with the wrong order!! No excuses! I want my money back and never return to this establishment on Dover Rd in Clarksville, TN. Don't want another location getting sited for their mess.

Went for the tacos . The didn’t put sauce on them. But it’s ok. We grabbed the packets .
Guy gave us free drinks . So that was awesome .
