I have eaten at Jackie’s quite a few times now. So I can give a fair review. The ladies working here are highly overworked. More staff is needed. There have been multiple times we’ve visited and the server was obviously overwhelmed. Because of this issue- there are sometimes issues with the tone of customer service. Even when the servers are verbally sweet and courteous- you can tell that they are burnt out. The food is USUALLY delicious. But again- when the staff get backed...
I feel like dine in would’ve been a better experience, but takeout was not the greatest. Starting with the positive, my husband really enjoyed his hobo omelette. However, my bacon, 2/egg breakfast wasn’t very good. Two out of three of the pieces of bacon were burnt and the “over medium” eggs were hard as rocks. The meal came with hashbrowns and biscuit and gravy. The hashbrowns were fine and would’ve paired perfectly with the over medium eggs that I wanted had I gotten...

The veggies in the omelette were yummy, but the omelette itself didn’t taste like much, the biscuit was as ok, the cheese grits were good, the sweet tea was ok.
The service was good.
I will try them again. They have a lot of the stuff on their menu that I would like to try. It’s pretty cold on, so be sure to grab a little jacket.
