Went there this afternoon and had an unsanitary experience. Worker went from sandwich to sandwich touching her face and moving hair out of her face without changing gloves. As we sat down and ate said employee went with her same gloves and pushed the trash down the proceeded to make the next sandwich with the same gloves!

Didn’t get my brownie I asked for my fountain drink because I came in for a pick up and he gave me a small one and I told him I have a giant fountain drink and I showed him my receipt and he was like well. You’re already touched that so he would refuse to give me another one and then he just turned his back on me and then I asked for And I got baked barbecue chips that’s not what I want for the amount of money I spend here I would rather my order be right

I should’ve went to the store located on Trenton in 1 oh one in Walker Square as soon as I came in and I see employees fanning flies away
I went in today and ordered number 13 a giant which cost $17.79 including tax and I asked for extra lettuce and tomato with no mayonnaise no mustard and extra oil and vinegar but unfortunately, I guess they didn’t follow my directions because The end had a couple slices of onion very very little lettuce and one whole tomato so I don’t think I’ll return to the store. Nope.

My wife has a dairy allergy and when I asked about the slicers, the employee that took my order offered to clean the slicers so there was no cross contamination with dairy products. She also communicated to the other employees that were making the sandwiches that there was a dairy allergy and asked them to use a clean knife to cut the assembled sandwich. My wife and I definitely appreciate the effort and customer service.

I always have a great experience and love there subs but this time kinda sucked. The kid was very rude and his customer service skills sucked. I just got home after ordering the big kahuna and the sandwich is cut in half and most of everything is on one side of the sub and they forgot the mushrooms. My fiancés sub get 1 piece of bacon after being charged a 1.50 . Just to better !

The only down side with the delivery are some of the door dashers who pick the food up. Jerseys has no control over that, I guess.

Normally I would not consider their service to be fast, especially for anything coming off the grill, but my recent visit was absolutely ridiculous. Three subs, two hot and one cold, 45min wait! I know the exact timing because I sent a text just before I ordered. They were busy, but sandwiches were still being made... except mine. I kept seeing other folks coming in after me get their food. While I was sitting there the cashier finally asked "What did you order?" (SMDH) I said "These three subs 40min ago" and then she basically asked if I had gotten any of them. Like shouldn't YOU know the answer to that?! (WTH) So she went to talk to the guy slicing the meat. They literally forgot about the order (which is weird because they have tickets) and the worst part was barely even apologized. The young man adding the condiments gave a quiet, half-hearted sorry for your wait. Sorry for your wait is appropriate for being there beyond like 10min or so. Waiting for 45min should have been more like "we sincerely apologize, here is a free ...", free sub on your next visit, or comping the meal. Super disrespectful of my time. For sure I won't go back because it doesn't seem like they value their customers. Seemed like rushing to finally get my order complete was inconveniencing them.
