Did a pick up order for 6:56 today 7/16/25.
They forgot one of my drinks and there was a very long hair in my Turkey and Provolone.

My wife has a dairy allergy and when I asked about the slicers, the employee that took my order offered to clean the slicers so there was no cross contamination with dairy products. She also communicated to the other employees that were making the sandwiches that there was a dairy allergy and asked them to use a clean knife to cut the assembled sandwich. My wife and I definitely appreciate the effort and customer service.

I always have a great experience and love there subs but this time kinda sucked. The kid was very rude and his customer service skills sucked. I just got home after ordering the big kahuna and the sandwich is cut in half and most of everything is on one side of the sub and they forgot the mushrooms. My fiancés sub get 1 piece of bacon after being charged a 1.50 . Just to better !

The only down side with the delivery are some of the door dashers who pick the food up. Jerseys has no control over that, I guess.

Normally I would not consider their service to be fast, especially for anything coming off the grill, but my recent visit was absolutely ridiculous. Three subs, two hot and one cold, 45min wait! I know the exact timing because I sent a text just before I ordered. They were busy, but sandwiches were still being made... except mine. I kept seeing other folks coming in after me get their food. While I was sitting there the cashier finally asked "What did you order?" (SMDH) I said "These three subs 40min ago" and then she basically asked if I had gotten any of them. Like shouldn't YOU know the answer to that?! (WTH) So she went to talk to the guy slicing the meat. They literally forgot about the order (which is weird because they have tickets) and the worst part was barely even apologized. The young man adding the condiments gave a quiet, half-hearted sorry for your wait. Sorry for your wait is appropriate for being there beyond like 10min or so. Waiting for 45min should have been more like "we sincerely apologize, here is a free ...", free sub on your next visit, or comping the meal. Super disrespectful of my time. For sure I won't go back because it doesn't seem like they value their customers. Seemed like rushing to finally get my order complete was inconveniencing them.

This was my first time trying a Jersey Mike's sub and I will not be back. Stale bread, very little mayo, no vinegar, no dill pickles and so little CPR, I could barely taste it. Just cold meat and cold cheese on cold, stale bread. What is the hype for this place all about?

I eat Jersey Mike’s often and the food there is normally really good. However this time when I went there I did enjoy the food but the condensing remarks that I overheard the shift manager making about me over the counter to her co-worker on this day were very disappointing seeing as I frequent here quite often to enjoy a good meal. I’ve grown to expect better professionalism from the employees at this place but I’m disappointed to say this day it was not achieved and this company was not very well represented by the shift manager that was on duty on this day. Great Food! But extremely poor customer service concerning the shift manager only at this store. Everyone else there achieved a job well done.

Love the sandwiches. Went out of my way today to get it for dinner and ordered a cold sub. I was then told the slicer person was not available and they didn't know when they could do it. Really? 5 people in the store and nobody can use the slicer? Whatever, ordered a hot sub and as they were making it, one of the people walked out of the store and put a sign on the door saying the meat slicing wouldn't be able to be done for 10-15 min. Wait, what? They were standing right there? The person couldn't take 30 seconds to slice some meat and cheese? Could have not sat there and talked to the other emplyees for a couple of minutes. Be better people, it's called customer service. BTW the big kahuna was good.

The person taking the order wasn't the most friendliest seemed to be annoyed about whatever was going on,

But other than that was good
Prices a little high but definitely worth it imo.

I literally waited 25 minutes for a mini sub when there where 5 employees working but only 1 serving the customers. Two chatted literally in front of me aboit non work related topics one was playing with his hair and one working online orders. This is the most inefficient system ever!

Two times in a row pick up and delivery was messed up bc they don’t read the request line. Why even have it? Both time it was a $16 giant sub. I was given a “free mini” for my troubles lol.
