Jersey Mike's Subs

Manager is not respectful to the customers at all! Made an online order through the App on my phone with detailed instructions for my sandwich and totally messed it up. I found out after I drove all the way home to find this out, so then I called and politely told them that my sandwich was messed up and wanted a new one, the manager wanted to argue with me and was not apologizing at all and one single bit. Seemed like he was blaming me for their own mess up. Drove back to the store for my sandwich and then acts angrily towards me and says that the bread I wanted was out. Still no apologies at all. So then I asked for a refund instead. Then they were furious because I asked for a refund! Imagine that! Don’t give this establishment your hard earned money, and don’t order online thinking you will get what you order. I even added a TIP!

Minus watching the employees take turns, young and old, come outside and hang out ripping bowls of weed on shift in their uniforms in front of my kids, the subs are consistent and orders are usually made as requested. Overall pretty solid minus the professionalism.

I love the food!!! Never have issues with food. However the staff today when I visited, someone was at the register twice and walked off instead of allowing me to go ahead and pay and get out of way of others ordering. I don't like a lot of lettuce, and I barely caught dude in time to stop him from adding more than enough lettuce and he seemed to have an attitude about it. He asked what we wanted on a sandwich that wasn't ours and when I said that's not our then said I thought you said you had 2 sandwiches, which we did but our other one was on the grill!

The girl at the register with pink hair did apologize for us being walked away on twice! And got us checked out so all we had to do was wait for the other sandwich.

It's clearly the best sub sandwich shop... Fresh meats alone sliced in front of you... Bar none is the best...

Clean, GREAT management, and food is always on point. I love this place and it always calls my name. I’ve been here at their busiest times and slowest times, but they are still FAST! Lunch rush is no problem for them. Good staff as well!

When I walked in 4 people up front NO GREETING they literally just looked at me waiting for me to talk....I stood there...mind you IM THE ONLY ONE IN THE RESTAURANT...I finally just started ordering and they started whispering as if I wasn't speaking English... I ordered a BIG CHICKEN KAHUNA BOWL because I can't have bread...and I asked for the fresh vegetables to be added along with bacon. She said 😳 ALL THE VEGETABLES? I said yes ma'am and bacon. You can imagine the cost and THEY LITERALLY GAVE ME HALF A BOWL OF FOOD!!!! And forgot my bacon. I said THERE'S NO BACON the African American lady said IMMA GIVE IT TO YOU BUT YOU DIDNT PAY FOR IT!!!! The Cashier said YES SHE DID....then she goes OH. When I tell you I WILL NOT BE BACK AND I WILL ADVISES EVERYONE I KNOW WHO NORMALLY EATS THERE THAT I KNOW...NOT TO GO BACK. For what I paid MY BOWL SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT LEAST FULL AND NOT HALF FULL!!!

If you want more than one slice of meat on your whole sub, go somewhere else. This place is the worst! 18 dollars for bread.

I love this place! The subs are scrumptious especially my favorite spicy the Italian. I wish that I knew the young man at the register window, he is always friendly, professional, and always has a smile.

Everything was great, except for one tiny thing. I think they should be a little more vigilant about people who pre-order and are waiting at the pick up when they arrive. Several orders were just put on the shelf without asking anyone who was waiting if it was their order. I say this because there is a sign that says "please wait for assistance with pick up orders"

Vegetarian options: There's good vegetarian options, just not a lot of them. I have had them, and they are good.

They helped me with a last-minute (very big) order for a work meeting! Very nice about it and got everything prepped and ready to go on time.
