For this to be a new location every single time I come here they are always out of something. I’ve been disappointed before and came in as early as 10am and they were already out of rosemary bread. It’s Saturday afternoon and once again they are out. Employee stated, “it’ll be well over an hour for the bread, they haven’t even put it in yet.” like huh?!? Mind you the store is fully staffed. How would I know, there was more talking than working. I don’t understand why there’s always a lack of supplies when this location is in a high traffic area. Will not be back to this location, 2x back to back. Wow

Not very impressed or happy with location. Every other Jersey mikes I have gone to was considerate when I asked for my sandwich meat to be heated on the grill because I’m pregnant. I’ve even had one location offer before I even asked. But the Trenton location actually got an attitude and argued w me when I asked for the sliced turkey to be grilled. Will not be going back! That man was just rude all the way around.

I absolutely love the brand! How ever this location is complete trash. I’ve gotten peppers from the grill for years from every location except this one. Even tho it burns my chaps, it is what it is. Once I decline my sandwich due to not getting what I want on it, I order a steak and cheese. Once I get it I’m immediately sickened by it. Cheese not completely melted, so much grease the sandwich is soaked, the bottom bread is falling apart and the meats not even chopped up. So I go for a refund and the only thing the manager has to say is it’s not supposed to be finely chopped. Like really! Can’t believe Jeff has a location with such a non-personable manager!
This guys so worried about serving me raw peppers but gives me pre sliced meat that was stacked in The fridge from a previously mistake or something?
Not the fact that your staff wipes down your kitchen or check people out with gloves on then proceed to use those same gloves to make sandwiches. I watch the guys touch raw steak and then use the same gloves to touch bread. What’s the difference from that to getting raw peppers.
And why the heck doesn’t Jersey mikes have a separate area for the sweet peppers to be served cold? But let’s touch bread after touching raw meat, but not give peppers from the grill cold because of cross contamination……

Manager is not respectful to the customers at all! Made an online order through the App on my phone with detailed instructions for my sandwich and totally messed it up. I found out after I drove all the way home to find this out, so then I called and politely told them that my sandwich was messed up and wanted a new one, the manager wanted to argue with me and was not apologizing at all and one single bit. Seemed like he was blaming me for their own mess up. Drove back to the store for my sandwich and then acts angrily towards me and says that the bread I wanted was out. Still no apologies at all. So then I asked for a refund instead. Then they were furious because I asked for a refund! Imagine that! Don’t give this establishment your hard earned money, and don’t order online thinking you will get what you order. I even added a TIP!

Minus watching the employees take turns, young and old, come outside and hang out ripping bowls of weed on shift in their uniforms in front of my kids, the subs are consistent and orders are usually made as requested. Overall pretty solid minus the professionalism.

I love the food!!! Never have issues with food. However the staff today when I visited, someone was at the register twice and walked off instead of allowing me to go ahead and pay and get out of way of others ordering. I don't like a lot of lettuce, and I barely caught dude in time to stop him from adding more than enough lettuce and he seemed to have an attitude about it. He asked what we wanted on a sandwich that wasn't ours and when I said that's not our then said I thought you said you had 2 sandwiches, which we did but our other one was on the grill!

The girl at the register with pink hair did apologize for us being walked away on twice! And got us checked out so all we had to do was wait for the other sandwich.
