So, in a military town, this place only honors a military discount if you're in uniform and not your ID. I find that strange, but this is probably my last time here. The food is average at best, and the service is slow unless you call in your order average wait time is 14 minutes for purchasing in store.

Order alot on the app for pickup, and the orders are 99% of the time accurate, with plenty of napkins, and the sandwich I order everytime always taste consistent with fresh ingredients. Not to mention the manager Reggie who is spot on with customer service, and then his staff who he has trained up.Live closet to Madison St location and drive farther because Trenton is just better.

Got four sandwiches but the workers were rude and took an hour to make our order. When we ordered the workers just kept looking at each other and walking back and forth doing nothing. Then when they made the sandwiches they made it with the wrong meat.

This is a simple sub with just a few toppings. The team at this store is energetic & quick. The folks here are outgoing, respectful & dedicated to providing all of their customers a good quality dining experience.Jersey Mikes is a great sandwich shop & I really enjoy dining with them. I like the simplicity of their menu & I love the fact that they don’t have a vegetable garden to choose from when selecting your toppings.

This location consistently gets my very simple order wrong. I get a regular sized steak Philly on white bread with light mayo and lettuce. Instead they give me heavy mayo and hot, light lettuce. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about my order. I do not recommend this place at all. They never get it right. You’re better off going elsewhere!!!

I recently visited the new Jersey Mike's sub location on Trenton Road, having had a negative experience with the brand in the past. Upon perusing the menu, I decided to order a cheesesteak, prepared by the cook named Mike, which turned out to be an exceptional culinary delight. The sub showcased a perfect balance between cheese and meat, complemented by a satisfying texture. The vegetable toppings were thoughtfully proportioned, contributing to the overall harmony of flavors. Without a doubt, I intend to revisit this establishment to relish the same remarkable sub, and I wholeheartedly recommend anyone with an appreciation for cheesesteaks to give it a try.

They definitely profile you when you pick up an uber order. Didn't ask for anyone's phone to verify the order in front of my husband but asked for his phone. Weird how the women weren't asked but a man was. Not cool Jersey Mikes....
