Delivered me the wrong person’s order and absolutely refused to fix the issue. Just took my money, and gave me a random person’s food. Especially egregious, because I had ordered multiple pizzas to feed multiple people, so it wasn’t just wrong, it was a fraction of what I paid for. When I tried to fix it they left me on hold for 20 minutes supposedly “looking for their manager”, and when I hung up and called back, I asked to speak to the manager directly, and they put me on hold yet again.
The way I see it, they effectively stole from me, refusing to give me what I paid for. Aside from being illegal last I checked, it is ridiculously unacceptable for a pizza delivery store.

The Jets pizza at the Madison St location was disgusting. The pizza was super greasy and the crust was burnt. There was a pool of grease on top of the cheese pizza. The pizza did not taste good at all. I would not recommend this pizza place.

We purchased a chicken bacon ranch pizza not impressed very dry didn’t care for the bread got cheese sticks had a funny taste to bread. We usta get jets pizza 2 years ago not the same probably not returning as a customer. Very disappointed

Jets Pizza is the best in Clarksville. I realized it is a chain but it taste like it could be from an Italian restaurant! I always order The Meaty and sometimes the BBQ Chicken as well.

Ordered a pizza and it was definitely not butter crust. It was the most dry pizza I ever had. Delivery driver couldn’t even give me a receipt of order? I called the store and they gave the phone to the person that made the pizza and he said he made it right. Pizza was horrible. 1st and last time ordering from them. I figured they would at least make the pizza right and allow me to come pick it up but the cook was so rude on the phone. I definitely don’t recommend this place for pizza….
We've been coming here for a couple of years now both dine in and take -out, and it's always been really nice. Great Detroit pizza and hand tossed pizzas. Staff has always been really nice as well.

I was looking for a good pizza place around here in Clarksville. I have now found my favorite pizza place here, and will continue to order from this place. I got my order delivered using Doordash and it was delicious.

Called in to get an order delivered and because they wanted to close early they declined my order. Mind you it’s a full hour before closing. Could literally hear him asking the driving if he wanted to take another order, terrible service.
