First time ordering. Place my ordered on door dash large all meats with cajun crust. This was absolutely familial. The crust honesty burn my mouth but I rate this place 10 out of 10.

Waited 1hour 20 minutes for 2 pizzas. People with larger orders came in ordered and had there food in 30 minutes. Asked 2 times what the wait time was and both times they said it was just put in the oven.

Love Jet's Pizza...but I ordered through the text-to-order service (as I've always done) and only half of my order came. Paid THIRTY ONE dollars and got a four-corner pizza when I paid for 8. It's good, but not THAT good. So I called the store and they put me on hold for several minutes and when the manager finally answered the phone, he told me the text-to-order service is through a third party so I would have to get a refund through them. How would I even know who I'm supposed to call? He said he could make the rest of my pizza and have it sent, which I agreed to. He said it was really busy so it was going to be a while. Why are we not putting messed up orders at the top of the priority list? They didn't seem even remotely apologetic. If it were my business, I would be doing EVERYTHING to fix a problem that was obviously a fault on my end. They even said that they have a lot of issues with the text-to-order service. Why are you doing business with them if they are giving you problems? DO NOT BE LURED BY THE TEXT-TO-ORDER DISCOUNT! If I do not receive the rest of my order tonight, we are going to have an even bigger issue.

Instantly turned my stomach walking in seeing the two people making our food. Looked like they rolled straight out of bed and went straight to work(bed hair). I know it's hard finding good employees but management needs to tighten up. I almost asked for a refund. I won't be back. Madison Street location

Our pizza was supposed to be for dine in and instead it was put in the warmer to go for who knows how long. Once we finally get the pizza it was barely warm and they forgot the turbo crust flavoring that i had paid extra for.
