As someone who has to have food to take medication I was in an bind and needing lunch and ordered my favorite meal for today. I was starving and tracking the delivery with Uber Eats. The Uber driver drove right passed my house and marked it delivered but never delivered. Within a minute I called the store and the manager was so wondeful and had the order remade and delivered with their delivery driver. As you can imagine I was still watching and the Jimmy John's delivery driver was so wonderful and I cannot thank yall enough for making things right. I never have any issues when ordering from here and will continue to do so.

Don't get me wrong, I love a good JJs sandwich. However, I don't know if it's just this location or what, but everytime I order through the app or go through the drive thru they ALWAYS mess my order up. It's not like it's that hard to keep sauses and tomatoes off a sandwich. They have messed it up enough times to prompt this review. I guess I'm just going to have to find another location😒

I placed a delivery order through the app a couple of days ago. The store near me is 1 mile away, an approx. 5 min. drive. They close at 9pm, my order was confirmed at 8:13pm and I tipped 20%. I never received confirmation that my food was delivered but when I checked it around 9pm, my food was left in shambles on my doorstep for some reason…I understand with the new toasted feature, it might be a pain to take toasted sub orders so close to closing but that’s something you should take up with corporate and not take out on the consumer.

I ordered at sandwich for delivery at 12:41. I am TWO minutes down the street from them. and the time is 1:31 !! and it’s still not here. I’m new to Clarksville and this is my first time trying JJ here. The people on the phone said they’re short staffed with only one driver and they said something about a flat tire. They ain’t even offer a discount, I’m very disappointed and I will never eat Jimmy Johns in Clarksville again. I paid $23.78 for a sandwich and a drink and I even left a tip, I wish I didn’t leave the tip.
I order from this location very frequently through the app and have not experienced issues until my past few times ordering. Apparently, the store is running out of food items and not notifying the customer of this. Perhaps, it is due to them being on their phones and unable to concentrate. If food items are not available, please let the customer know in advance so it gives one the opportunity to decide if they still want the sandwich or to choose a different location.

I ordered the Vito Picklewich. It was the perfect sandwich for me. I cant eat much at a time, so this having no bread was what I needed. It was fresh, wet and every ingredient had its own taste. It was well put together and came cut in half. It was also cheap, which is great when you cant eat a lot of food at one setting. A 5 star Picklewich a 5 star experience.

The last 7 times I’ve order it’s taken over an hour to deliver less than a mile away. Freaky fast more like freaky trash. Trash service, trash delivery, the sad part is the foods the biggest like off trash after it takes over an hour to arrive. The driver seemed impaired. Don’t order from here.
