Friendly -was my first visit to this location about a year n half ago. One thing about this location that I REALLY HATE!! Is that when they run out of something they won’t just politely give you options they will substitute it without telling you.?Last Friday or Saturday night, approaching the drive thru & 2 employees were out FRONT smoking cigarettes. Oh my gah!! This went ALL over me as they tried to rush to stand up to go back in but we had so nervous to order because we just knew they were not going to wash their hands, so we kept going . I was really starting to like this JJ too! So now I’m leaving a 2 star.

Lmao. I asked for bacon. Not the whole pig. No ex cheese or onions either. It’s alright tho.. but if they are out of something they’ll substitute it and not tell you about it till you sit down for dinner. Kind of wish they’d call their customers for better communication ? sandwiches are great tho and drivers are always friendly.

Let me tell u bout my man Oscar. Best service out there from this guy. Wouldn’t wanna talk to anyone else. If I was his boss I’d give that man a raise. Possibly move to a general manager position. I go to this jimmy johns all the time. Oscars always there with a smile on his face. Haha something the army sure as hell didn’t teach him. His service and kindness have stretched beyond just one interaction. Thank you Oscar.

Me and my wife was in there today order to Giant subs. One beef Giant and one giant chicken. My wife sub had very little cheese. And my sub was supposed to be chicken and turned out to beef thirty-eight dollars wasted I'll never go back what a waste of money !!!

Wouldn’t deliver to our house that is 13 minutes away. Went to go pick it up and didn’t realize until we got home that they didn’t include our chips but they did charge us.
