Patty melt was phenomenal
Our favorite local burger joint. Everyone treats us like friends and family. Portions are HUGE. They make their hamburger meat every morning. Cant beat that.
Classic, chill diner, full of nostalgia.
Great prices. Good service. Good burger! I've been hearing a lot about it, and it didn't disappoint. One more local spot in the books.
My only rubs were that the burger and fries were bland (nothing seemed to have any real seasoning), and the staff may have smiled at me once (only noticed because I sat at the bar facing the grill watching everything).
Other than that, it would have been 5 stars! I'm sure I'll be back to give this experience an update!
Great food! WAY better than any fast food place around. Stop in and support a small local business. You won't regret it!
Best fries I've ever had!!!!
Cash only. But Great place, great food and friendly staff.
Easy seating, quick service, great burger, cash only.
Best burger in town
I had a really good burger but, the service seemed to come with attitude. We were very polite and did not come in a very busy time but our waitress just seemed off. One of my other small complaints is that they serve chili and I was hoping to literally have a small spoon taste but they wouldn't do it.
Great food, great owners, and great prices. Classic diner experience. A rare find across the board in today’s world. It is cash only, so don’t be dummies like me and my wife were.

Got two cheeseburgers with fries. Price is good, no military discounts, cash only.
The burger has no seasoning or flavor. I only taste mustard and onion.
I have read a great many mixed reviews that say this place is the worst while others who say they are the best. So, my husband and I decided to try them for ourselves.
The first attempt to go there was a fail. We arrived and while there was a handicap parking place and we could get in the front door, there is no seating accessible for someone in a wheelchair which my husband is. So, we had to leave. We encounter this a lot here in Clarksville, not their fault. So many buildings built before ADA came around.
Stopped there today to do takeout. Two burgers, an order of fries, onion rings and chili. Got home, pulled out the (frozen not fresh) fries and they were so greasy, limp and gross. Thankfully I have an air fryer to help them get fully cooked. Unfortunately, it didn’t help the flavor. Not a good start. I could overlook frozen fries that were grease laden as long as the burger was good. Sadley, it wasn't. The meat was so dry I had trouble not choking on it and completely flavorless. Even saturating with Cholula didn't impart any flavor. Onion rings while also frozen were not too bad. I thought the chili was bad but my husband, who likes lots of beans said he'd give it a 5 or 6. Overall, I won't be back.
Haven't been in 20 years. Nostalgia in full effect. Still good.
Had heard they had a good burger, We were in the area & dropped in. Plenty of seats, but we sat at the bar, then realized we had no cash (it's Cash only). Ran to bank, came back, and the place was nearly packed! We know why! The burgers were amazing! Sweet tea was perfect. Worth running for cash!
(Yes, there is an ATM machine on site)
Burgers are good, they know and love the locals, and are a staple of the community. They have weird hours but they post early and often.
