Jumbo Crab

I told them I wanted to dine in but they put me down for carry out. I think they didn’t want me eating in because I was by myself

I got food poisoning back in October 2024 while I was pregnant thinking it may have been morning sickness so I did not say anything. Well I ate here again on 02/20/25 and an hr later starting throwing up again everywhere so I know now it’s something going on and that could have harmed my baby back in ‘24. I called back to get a refund and tried to provide them with the food and they said I can’t get a refund unless I have a doctors note. Do not eat here because it’s something going on with the food that made me sick and they won’t do anything about it. Used to be my favorite sea food restaurant but now I’m just so disappointed.

Our daughter took us out to dinner. We had a wonderful time. As a family we love seafood, especially crab and lobster. The pricing is fair for the amount of food received.
We will definitely frequent this establishment.

Sauce was very water down.

I had severe stomach cramps, diarrhea and acid reflux.

Fried catfish tasted old. Battered instead of breaded (I prefer a corn meal breading). Seasoning weak on the "boil." Average at best. Cajun fries were the best part of the meal. I'm sad. Really love a good boil. Service was good.

ISSA NO. Upon arrival the restaurant smells like seafood & old mopwater.We order to go for this reason.Ordered the Combo "E" & there isnt even a whisper of seasoning on the food. What's the point of asking what flavor if you're not gonna season it. The crab was overcooked. Publix will steam and season crab legs better than this. I'd spend money elsewhere.

Why delete my bad review from lastnight ? I was trying to place and order the girl on the phone was rude much qhen asked what kind of sauces she said go to google and look at the menu i said can't you tell me over the phone i wanna place my ordered the whole time ahe talking to someone else then she said well you're gonna have to wait Obviously i didn't i hanged up

Crabs and shrimp are not cleaned well. I won’t eat there again. The servers are flat ..and I felt like I was imposing on them by spending my money .

This seafood place is amazing. I grew up on a beach so I always got fresh seafood instead of these frozen seafoods a lot of places have. I have gotten food poisoning from another seafood place but not here! I love how close it is and the service, food and store itself is amazing. The food is always so good, the service is amazing as always, fast service, and the store is always so clean. Love coming here for date nights!!

I ordered a combo E and it was good… the sauce was mainly oil it was nasty… y’all need to start caring how y’all food come out again. It’s like you guys don’t care because y’all are the only jumbo crabs here and u should!

Jumbo Crab Seafood Restaurant is awesome! The seafood is super fresh, and the flavors are on point, especially the crab and shrimp boils. It’s the perfect spot to hang out with friends and dig into some great seafood. Definitely worth checking out!

My husband and I came here for a celebration meal and the food was AMAZING!!!!! We got a seafood boil with king crab legs and shrimp. I had raw oysters as an appetizer and everything was served on super cute dishes. Our waitresses name was May and she was so sweet and attentive. We will definitely be back!
