There was a hair in the mashed potatoes, placed a mobile order part of my order was missing and when I got it, the item wasn’t even filled up all the way as if it was my fault I forgot it. Will not be going back. Gross and waste of money…

Customer Service always nasty. Restaurant food area always uncleaned. Clearly seen by drive thru. And you can never substitute chicken pieces. Think we will continue stick with the competitor.

The manager or employee called my order up so I dont know if she is a manager or a employee with the glasses on but she was being rude to me and she do you want me grub the bag, plus I don't like how she talks to me. Plus she needs to get fired.

I did take out and did order 10 piece extra crispy chicken only using coupon and they gave 8 piece originals... it was night time and I called the store but no one answered. They even had my receipt so I dont know why they can't check the chickens before handing it to the customer. Chickens had disgusting taste due to how terribly cooked. I will never order the food from this place again because of the workers do not care about what customer orders and they just hand out whatever they have left over.

Please explain why I had to wait an hour in the parking lot for food I ordered 30 minutes before I arrived. Absolutely the worst service I have seen of any restaurant.

I was there, and before I walked in, the door mat was flipped up. An employee asked if I was there to make an order abs when I said yes she said she would be right back after she flipped the mat back down. It seems a customer before I came in had kicked the mat up by mistake. Someone questioned how that could've happened and when I gave my explanation of tripping over mats, rugs, and imaginary things on the floor. I said it happens, especially to us older folks. I told them you have to be very careful about lifting your feet now. I had a very nice conversation with the employees and the food as always was great!

Food tastes funny and I feel like I'm about to explode. Fries good chicken nuggets no. Saw a trio walk out inspecting their co-workers car smoking and vaping then get waved back in by someone else. Please clean it up bro if I die I will sue.

Drove up to the drive thru to place our online order. They told us at the window to pull forward cause they were waiting on the rest of our order. We waited 10 minutes before my husband went inside to see what was taking so long. They had our food waiting for us to get it. My husband said the manager & other employees were just standing around talking. They were very rude.

I'm placed an order through Door Dash for delivery, there is not a spot on the app to select no ice, or special instructions. So, I messaged the dasher to kindly ask them to not put ice in the beverage buckets. I even called them multiple times, nobody answered the phone, they just let it ring. I tried my best to communicate with them and then they were rude to my dasher, this was done on 03/12/2025 with whichever crew that is working between 2:30pm and 3pm. I posted my call history to avoid any denial.
