I'm placed an order through Door Dash for delivery, there is not a spot on the app to select no ice, or special instructions. So, I messaged the dasher to kindly ask them to not put ice in the beverage buckets. I even called them multiple times, nobody answered the phone, they just let it ring. I tried my best to communicate with them and then they were rude to my dasher, this was done on 03/12/2025 with whichever crew that is working between 2:30pm and 3pm. I posted my call history to avoid any denial.

Absolutely garbage. I'd do negative stars if possible. Got a famous bowl the mash potatoes where more like soup came with 3 little tiny nuggets that were dried out and could not chew with a burnt something didn't know what it was. End up tossing it all away getting food elsewhere.

whoever is buying this KFC is a terrible company. they do not communicate in the slightest and are so inconsiderate to their employees. who sells their business right before christmas time? WITHHOLDS checks from their employees and lies to them about their pay. Your employees are not working for free. Nobody wants to work under a company who would be this inconsiderate to the people working FOR them. people are missing their bills, don’t have money for christmas, are losing their mental working for NOTHING. they lied about when they were going to pay their employees after the switch over and now we’re supposed to figure it out? THEY worked for that money it’s not YOURS and be thoughtful to not do this to your employees and lie to them about it during CHRISTMAS time. It is not the manager of this KFC’s fault but a huge company error. I’d be surprised if any employee stayed after this.

My family and I went through the drive-thru yesterday at 5 pm. The young heavyset woman told us there will be a wait on the 8 pc chicken we wanted. I said that is fine. There was a long pause. She comes back over the radio, and says it will be 35-45 minutes. I drove off. This tells me all that I needed to know. She and her coworkers don't want to work. They're all lazy. This is unacceptable, KFC. Fire the whole team immediately.

First time we have had KFC in a very long time. The only thing I can complain about is they ran out of the original cooked chicken, and we had to have the extra chrispy chicken. It was good and not greasy, even on the 2nd day.

They were packed on a Friday night around 7pm ..the girl at the window was so nice and friendly..our food was hot and fresh ..
We visited on a Saturday afternoon around 1pm. The place was empty other than employees and someone there for an interview. Food came out fast and the chicken was hot, but the mashed potatoes, gravy, and biscuit were so bland, they were flavorless. It will be awhile before I'm even tempted to go here again.
Thank you to the lovely people that fixed my family meal for my family today around 5:15pm. My husband said they were very polite and our food was so hot and fresh and they gave us our money's worth on the side items that came with the meal. I wasn't sure if the breast was actually a breast or a thigh at first lol but they didn't mind getting us all together. With everything being so high right now I can truly say it was money well spent. As long as that crew is working I'll be back.
