I just stop there, for an 8 piece. The chicken seem like it had been sitting there for at least 8 hours. I will never go to that place again.

I placed an order on the app and when I went to go pick it up the guy asked for my name which is normal whats not normal is him asking to see a confirmation that that order was mine. I paid for my food give it to me.

Tried to go to this KFC for the 6th time now and still never seem to have chicken available. Not even for a 3pc.
They say they cannot to custom chicken buckets for any size (or offer to let you wait for more if you want all legs), and the attitude is like everyone hates being there.
Don't waste your time, go somewhere else.

It's sad and disappointing. I use to work at a KFC and you should not be having chicken down THIS often. Check your chicken, if it's been busy, Put. More. Chicken. Down. Don't wait, just because you don't wanna debone extra at the end of the night.

Over the past few years we have tried this KFC and ended up with bad results. We decided one more try and we were amazed how much better things were. Friendly staff with a smile, Order was right the first time and they had chicken available without a 30 minute wait. The employeee at the window even suggested a better deal to save us money. Great customer service, Great tasting chicken and we will be back!

Whoever was working the drive thru on 10-24-25 around 9pm was so rude. We had ordered on the website for 2 twelve pieces. It was marked ready for pickup so we headed that way. When we arrived they said they couldn’t make our order because they didn’t have enough dark meat for an all dark meat order. Okay, we asked if they could do it with light meat as well or instead. She snapped at us and said she couldn’t change it since it was an online order (we ordered directly from the KFC website) she told us we’d have to reorder online. Instead we just decided to get a refund later for the online order and we’d just pull through to reorder and take the temporary loss. When we pulled back through and asked to reorder there she said that she wasn’t gonna have the chicken tonight period. I get it’s close to close but the attitude and the laziness was absolutely uncalled for. If she’d have been clear and polite about only having 8 pieces of chicken left to begin with then it wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but this whole situation was a headache in which we were made to feel like the problem. OH! And to top it off, after we left they marked it as picked up on the site sooo.. sketchy.

We came here from out of state and got two small meals. the man at the drive thru was rude the whole time. he wasn’t listening to my order and kept saying they were out of everything I was asking for. we got to the window and he barely put his hand out and didn’t say anything. i guess the food wasn’t ready and he wanted us to park but he didn’t say that he just closed the window, started waving us off and rolling his eyes repeatedly while shaking his head as we drive away. he came outside with our food and another girl who was very kind and we asked for his name, then he came outside and she said you should apologize to this family you weren’t respectful. he then said “i don’t care tell them to have a good night” and rolled his eyes and walked away. the women then stated that he has been like that all day and being rude to costumers in the lobby as well. he is a manger and i don’t understand how someone with that lack of costumer service could be a manger. i believe his name was Kentrell.

I got dinner for my husbands birthday and they left out the gravy the mashed potatoes are imitation to start with but without gravy taste like shit needless to say they didn’t answer the phone I let it ring off the wall several times and his birthday dinner was ruined y’all suck

Barely go to this one everytime I go the person taking the order usually female have a nasty rude attitude they need to do better get a better job food was ok but was missing some of my order

I wanted KFC for dinner my husband and I ordered two five piece tender big boxes. We were told to pull up. Waited almost 10 minutes. You would think the food would be fresh right? Nope. Fries were hard and stale like they were sitting for hours. Chicken was not hot at all. The only thing that was hot was the mash potatoes. This was very frustrating. Will not be returning.
