I placed an order, got the 8 piece original.. It was horrible. Was not cooked long enough, the skin was wet and sticking to my fingers. It did not taste like KFC, my teen boys wouldn't even eat it.

Went to KFC Monday because I put an order in through the app. I arrived at 9:03 pm and all the lobby doors were locked. Went to drive thru and was asked to hold so I did. Lady says they weren't taking any more orders. I tell her I have an online order she says pull around. No sauce in my bag I sat at the windows waving my hand and honking the horn. The workers acted like they didn't see or hear me. The struts were over fried damn near too hard to feed my toddler. Don't spend your money or time on this place. This is the location they should have shut down. Just pathetic

Placed a pickup Togo order hours in advance to be told it'd be another 20 minute wait, which actually took 30 mins There are drive thru customers having to pull in and wait as well. Is it that food delivery services take precedence over a regular paying customer or is it just badly managed? At the very least we know it was made fresh...

I came here today for lunch with two of my kids. It was so clean, employees were really friendly, bathrooms were clean. The food was delicious and fresh. Our fries were so fresh and hot, we actually had to wait for them to cool down before eating. They were so crispy, too! The chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches were really good! Perfect crunch to them, chicken was juicy. The gentlemen that took our order was very nice, as well as the lady working with him. This was my first time in a KFC in about 10 years and we will definitely be back soon!

Food was nasty , Chicken had feathers . Meal was half complete would never eat kfc again.
Had a coupon... 8 piece bucket family meal... Was really looking forward to eating it, as I its been awhile, since I've tried KFC... Service at the drive through was acceptable... The nightmare began after getting home and found well overcooked greasy chicken that didn't even taste like KFC... Sooo greasy and cooked in oil that tasted like burnt kerosene. .. I will drive farther and try a different KFC from now on... My family couldn't eat the chicken and we just gave up... The management there is subpar at best for allowing that quality of food to go out the drive through window... I'll never go back...Wound up going to Zaxbys and it was so much better... Don't waste your money on this place...
