Door dashed tonight November 23 at 5:50 pm and everyone’s orders were taking at least 30 mins. They do not seem to have a good process in place because they’re preparing orders as the customers were coming up to them and following up with their orders. There has to be better management and they seem to be understaffed with how much orders and walk ins they were getting.

I can’t say enough good things about this KFC location! The inside was so clean, and I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. Kimberly and her team were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us with a project for our preschool, where we’re learning about Christmas around the world. In Japan, families often enjoy KFC for Christmas, and thanks to Kimberly, our students will now have KFC boxes and buckets for their dramatic play center. We truly appreciate their generosity and their willingness to give back to our community. Highly recommend this location!
