So the food at Krazy Wings Express is great but going there isn’t always pleasant. The young cashier, the lighter girl, who takes the orders seems to always get yelled at by the older cook in the back. She rushes her and berates as if they are at home. It shows a lack of professionalism and customer care when she yells at her. My first time buying at KWE, the cashier was cheerful but when the lady yelled at her she was looked shy, embarrassed, and humiliated. I genuinely felt really bad for her. Cashiers, especially if you’re family, need to be treated with respect. I hope to see improvement.

I’m a door dasher and I’ve been to this place many times. It’s absolutely disgusting inside of there. By far the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. This last time took the cake, I’ll never ever again accept a dash from there. The woman was breading raw chicken, picked up my order and handed it to me with raw dripping chicken juices running all over the bag. The filth in this store blows my mind and I really wonder how they have ever passed a health code inspection.

The wife said that her sister was there getting wings for 60¢. Stopped in and they had 60 flavors we ordered 30 wings in 5 flavors (Caribbean, Jack Daniels, Hot Honey Gold, Buffalo, Caribbean Jerk dry rub). Everything was amazing. Gave 4 out of 5 only because the tartar sauce tasted eggy. The fish was amazing though. Will definitely be going back for more!!!
Ok, so I've been inside this place once and I was picking something up for someone else. It's not a sit down establishment so maybe not aesthetically pleasing. This time I ordered over the phone and the beautiful spirit on the other end of the line completely made up for it. And then, I got the best Philly cheese steak and home fries with potatoes and onions...Lawd, have mercy. And it was so much that I had enough for leftovers the next day. The stuff was just as good on day 2 as it was on day 1. I'm telling you not to sleep on the Krazy Wings Express! ???????

I will be the first admit that i absolutely love their food. Never any issues with the food itself. But the customer service is so inconsistent. I do not like having to buy 10 wings OR placing an order on doordash and paying so much more to get less then 10 wings .. Not everyone eats 10 wings or should pay more to buy each wing individually.They also DO have roaches & flies everywhere. Today was the first time we ever saw the roaches but unfortunately saw two in less than a minute picking our order up … When you have roaches in broad DAYLIGHT , that’s a scary thing ! Please clean up & spray everywhere. It would be a shame for such good food to be closed due to bugs.

Got the chicken wings & the smell of the oil on them was aweful. The taste was exactly how they smelled. Two days later I still have the smell of old cooking oil in my car. Ended up giving my dogs both plates once we got home. Will never return.
