We bought 6 crème filled doughnuts Sunday 12/13. First time I have ever had a bad KK doughnut. They were cold, flat and doughy. I only eat doughnuts as a treat. Will stick with Dickson doughnuts in Dickson TN

My husband and I were there last Thursday December 11 around 4 pm. We ordered six chocolate iced donuts and 1 coffee. We're charged 18.00!! Outrageous! We started down the road to Paris TN, opened the box. NO Chocolate iced donuts!! We were very disappointed because we told the girl that took our order TWICE that we wanted ICED CHOCOLATE donuts. It was our 32 anniversary. And we were disappointed. Didn't get what we ordered and paid outrageous price! Won't be going back there in Clarksville TN!!

It is so bad when you can not even go into the shop and get plain cake donuts and no one can even answer when you will be able to get them either. It is also awful when you ha e to pay extra for donuts now without knowing when you think you are just paying for a dozen donuts

This place used to be good about a year or so ago. The last FEW times we have been there either I or my family have gotten horribly stale donuts. And all the donuts that have filling or were supposed to have filling hardly had anything in them. Twice we have gotten ones with no filling at all. What a let down. Don’t think I will ever return to this location. Sounds like you need a new manager. Feel free to hire me and I will whip that place into shape. NO ONE should walk away with stale donuts when they are supposed to be made daily and often. The day olds need to be donated to the local food banks!!

Came through the drive thru at 2pm today-Wilma location.. planned on ordering several dozen donuts- however I drove off without purchasing due to whoever is taking orders over the speaker. Rude and monotone. Short responses- answering the questions I had as If I should have already known the answer. These workers are what represent the business. If they don’t like their job, it’s the business that catches the rep for it. It’s a shame. Back to Shipley I go.

I was hosting breakfast at my house with out of town family. I asked for fresh donuts at the window a few times. The lady who gave the donuts said, they were fresh. So, when I got home, I opened the box of donuts, and they were hard and NOT fresh at all. I purchased donuts that were stale. I called to complain about it, they said, the donuts were made over 13 hours ago , the previous day. I told her, I specifically asked for fresh donuts at the window. The supervisor said, those were the freshest donuts they had. I’m like, HOW CAN THEY BE FRESH IF YOU MADE THEM OVER 13 HOURS AGO? She said, come back with the donuts and we’ll issue a refund. She was very rude about it. I called corporate before going back there. When I went back there the next day with the donuts, that exact same supervisor was angry we had called corporate and retaliated and said, “because we had called corporate, they weren’t going to issue a refund and that I should have never called corporate in the first place.” She was angry and rude about the situation. We still have the receipt and those disgusting stale donuts, but not even corporate cares to resolve the situation. We’ve called them several times and no one has called us back. At this point, all we want is a refund. Honestly, how hard is that to do?

The female who was taking drive through orders on Monday 9/15/2025 at 6:10pm needs an attitude adjustment when speaking to customers. What a rude young lady who needs training, or more.
