Horrible customer service. Don’t provide a service if you can’t fulfill the task. Your click it list is a joke, and Sarah is quite rude . Will not be shopping at your store anymore, rather drive farther to a different store than deal with the laziness at this store.

I don’t know who decided to place shelves well over 6 feet tall with single serve items (bottles of flavored water) out of reach, but they were WRONG. Seriously, if I have to try and find someone with a ladder to buy water then I absolutely won’t be back. I almost started liking Kroger. I’m done forever.

This has been the main place I’ve gotten my groceries for 10 years +. I saw so many negative reviews and disagree so had to show them some love. Everyone has always been friendly to me. The store is clean. They always have great produce. There are so many healthy options in the natural section. The people at the deli are helpful & friendly. The cashiers and baggers are also very friendly. Prices are awesome. Nothing to complain about at all!

Went very late for Saturday special. They were out of most of the items. I requested a rain check since I had put the items in my phone. They said NO rain check. I should have gone earlier.

My husband is a disabled veteran, and normally receives his medication directly from the VA unless a doctor prescribes him something he needs immediately. This is what had happened last week, so we went through the drive through yesterday to pick up his medication. The young guy behind the counter told my husband the price of the meds, and my husband asked for him to check about it, b/c the VA pays for his medicine (yes he is lucky). The guy said No sir; you will have to pay

Purchased groceries there this afternoon, loaded all my cold items on the belt together. asked for paper bags, got an eye roll from bagger. I drive over 20 miles to this krogers, So while she bags in paper she's not keeping cold things together as o asked her to do, she has put fabric softner in with produce bread and eggs, well you know how that works. now i have a whole bag of food that smells and tastes like fabric softner. I spent 160.00 today, i could of and will go to publix next time. At least they know customer service over there, guess i don't mind paying a few cents more for it either. GOOD BYE KROGERS
