The manager had a Nasty attitude when I asked for a small fry for having to wait 10 minutes for our food! When I come home to Tennessee, I always have to go to Krystal's and have those burgers and I don't eat hamburgers from restaurants! But it's a must that I have Krystal burgers! This Nasty Attitude Girl gave us OLD BURGERS! They were dried out and Hard! I Will never go back there if she's working there, I will pull off from the drive thru or I will walk away if I go inside. That thing doesn't know how to treat the customers and if that's the case , she needs a desk job! I don't Ever want to see her again, she's ruining the restaurant and your Business, she needs to work somewhere else!

This restaurant is absolutely terrible. The employees don’t care about anything and will make ur food raw. Not only that but I heard someone in the background when I was speaking to the intercom in the drive through and they were yelling racial slurs. I have never heard someone use such terrible language.

Pulled up to the drive through got greeted with what do you want. I just got a 12 pack with cheese. “Is that all” in the rudest voice. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes with one car in front of me!

No one in line for the drive thru. Ordered 24 cheese burgers and 3 fries. Fries were hot but the burgers were ice cold, shriveled up, dry, and cheese was ice cold too. They were old burgers. Not satisfied at all.

If I could give zero stars, I would. the burgers had no meat, no ketchup or mustard, chicken sandwiches, no mayo or pickle. I paid .89 cents for a piece of bacon that was less than half way across the bun, tater tots were put in the bag on their side, hardly any chili and no cheese to be found. the worst servers ever.

Was good food, but I ordered chili cheese pups. When I got home I had a container of Tatar tots with cheese. I was very disappointed.

Burgers were okay, but not fresh. They were stored in a heated container. Tots were warm, but stale. I didn’t go at a peak time, so I guess they are pre-making food and storing it. I like Krystal, but I guess I’ll have to make sure it’s busy next time so I get fresh food.

I ordered 48 Krystals with cheese and also some chicken and fries. Everything was made for me fresh and family was happy and I was as well. Didn't have to cook. Lol.

I'm only giving this a four star due to wait time. I had ordered twelve sliders two medium fries two drinks and junkyard fries. It was a 22 min wait. But it was worth it, especially realizing there were only two people working. Thank you to the both of you for working so hardI will definitely wait again, the food was hot and absolutely delicious! The staff was apologetic and trying their best. They were very respectful as well! Merry Christmas!

I asked for light or no onion and got extra onions but it might have been a mistake the cashier made when she was putting in my order because her boyfriend was up there and apparently they were in a heated exchange from what I gather from waiting 15 mins for 8 Krystals ? disappointed but not

Tried to order breakfast bowl through the drive through at 10:20. It says breakfast is served until 11. Still had breakfast menu up. Was told they already put it up at 10:15. The inside signs change at 10 and that’s what they have to go by. May need to fix the miscommunication between inside signs and drive thru signs. ??‍♀️

I have been to this Krystal's several times and I am so disappointed. There are several thing wrong from the customer service to not being prepared. And this establishment just needs to be shut down again because obviously they do not value there customers.

I asked for no cheese on my biscuit due to a allergy. I got cheese. I took it back they remade it and something told me to check it. They had started to put cheese on it again and then took it off because there was a little piece of cheese on it. I threw it away and will never go back.

Evidently the bad reviews go nowhere. It’s one thing to placate reviewers by responding to them as an owner but we are trying to be your customer. I was just in the drive-through to get one item only and when I pulled up I heard on the intercom “yeah” and I didn’t know if they were talking to me so I asked if they were ready for my order. Reply “go ahead.” When I was finished they said “is this it?” I wouldn’t know if they got the order correct or not. A customer should never feel like an inconvenience. Then I was told “pull up to the window.“ They may have been shorthanded and only had two people, I’m not quite sure. I did see two people standing at the register and no one coming to the window. This is an obvious issue with this location. Has anyone from corporate decided to send someone out to do a customer service check? After about three minutes of sitting at the window and watching someone standing there on the other side, I left. This is just my perspective. I understand anything could’ve been going on but with the ongoing bad reviews, business needs to be handled. Stop patronizing us and actually act on these reviews. Your company is part of the problem, it appears. Prove me wrong.
