Eric, I am sure you don’t care what I think I am going too tell you. My understanding you own McDonald on Mathis drive in Dickson, Tn. Worst McDonald I have been seen. If the online menu says 20 piece chicken McNuggets for 5.00. That is what I should be able to get. Don’t tell me you don’t have it. Plus the food is always cold. You need too check your prices and your menu. White bluff has better food and better prices. Certainly nicer employees. So you need to get it together. Would rate this on 0.

Worst experience ever. First they got my order completely wrong. And threw my fries into the bag upside down. I asked for a deluxe Quarter pounder with cheese with no onions no lettuce but got it with onions no tomatoes. And instead of a large drink they gave me a medium. And they changed me for the large deluxe anyways. They just don't care about customers service and getting the order right.

I got half cooked food and soggy non cooked fries it was horrible definitely won't waste money on McDonald's again at this location I spent 37$ between me and my kids and just threw it all away when getting home and because they don't give out receipts couldn't bring it back for a refund

There needs to be a no-star review...this is the email I sent to Larson about the McDonalds on Ft Campbell...automated response was someone would be in touch...a week later still no response...2nd email sent...automated response again....11 days later...still nothing. Way to care about your customers and business.

Terrible Business who cares nothing about the McDonald's restaurants it owns.Mr. Larson has run his mothers business into the ground and clearly dodges and complaints or feedback on these establishments.We tried contacting him at Larson Enterprisesbut he sheepishly avoid answering and told his receptionist to hang up the phone.This is how greed works and how you could care less about the business.Let's all help Eric to ruin the empire his mother handed to him.She will be so proud.

Terrible customer service at the Cadiz, KY Mcdondald’s on Hopkinsville Road. Also, the building on the inside is dirty. I’ll try to avoid any owned by Laron Enterprises. I also left the McDonald’s a review on their Facebook page as well.

I have known the Larson family my entire life. Howard and Mabel Larson and their children Eric and Sherri have grown their business over the years and now have some of the best run McDonalds in the country. They also give back to the community and Austin Peay State University through their generous support.
